Literally any is a bit false, I think many legend players would struggle even with some slow gimmicky decks nowadays. But the premise of your point is true. Not everyone has a good collection and/or enough time to play effectively however
I would highly advise against Inkmaster craft, many pros think she is meh. Bloodmage is a neutral seen in many decks, ok to craft him for sure. Inkmaster is a classcard seen in one kinda deck (reno) and rarely seen even in that one deck.
You're thinking too hard. Things is OP, the few times the Finley messes things up are not worth bothering over. I have seen many high quality players use both. If anything you'd cut Finley tbh, but I would just try both. Often in aggro Finley is a later play than you'd think, and even if not, you still have 4 totems in your deck.
Cause Brewmaster is not optional, Brewmaster doesn't get play because sometimes the forced return is very bad for tempo. This card gives easy control over return or not, it is also priced low enough to make comboing possible, you rarely want to return a card to hand early game anyway.
Just ignorant. This is like Youthful Brewmaster, but optional. You are highly underestimating the card, it might not be OP, but I guarantee I could put this card in a deck and beat you with it, especially given your attitude
It might be acceptable, but assuming you have all other cards, I think a Acidic Swamp Ooze or Mountain Giant might fit better than Cairne, but I am not a high rank Wild player, I play high rank Standard. If there are a small quantity of weapon at your rank, then Cairne probably will work at least acceptable, he has some small synergy with shadowflame, as well as faceless, since people like to ignore him often.
I personally like Cairne in standard, but I am scared he might be too slow for wild
I am not sure what cards you have, but I'll try. I think Cairne/ Piloted Sky Golem could fill one slot. Ragnaros maybe. Acidic Swamp Ooze is always ok. Mountain Giant is ok too.
Also, without Leeroy I think faceless loses some value, it might need to come out too. Unless you include rag, which increases Faceless value a little probably.
So I think in order I'd consider Cairne(or Piloted), then Mtn Giant, then Ooze, then Rag. Good Luck.
I think without Raven Idol, Fandral and Violet Teacher may struggle to find use. I would possibly subtract 2 idols, Fandral, and Violet for one Savage Combatant, One Mounted Raptor (or Argent Horserider if missing LOE), Leeroy, and either a second Mounted raptor or Savage Roar.
Without Curator, I would imagine shifting the deck towards a more aggroish version might be suitable. I would try cutting Curator and one Azure (Part of Azure being included was based off Curator) for one Mounted Raptor and a second Savage Roar (if this proves too many Savage Roars, perhaps a second smallish minion like Mounted Raptor, or perhaps even Ragnaros if budget isn't a concern).
Blaming the community for not being interested enough in the content is disgusting. It is Blizzards job to make the content appealing, not the communities job to be eager and desperate.

Is 8 legendary decks really a cheaper Control than others? I would think Priest is cheaper, or Cthun Warrior.

King Mukla likely if usable is more fitting in more aggro style decks like this one http://esportsedition.com/hearthstone/legend-deck-aggro-beast-druid/

Since you have all of LOE (Raven Idol is end of LOE), Mounted Raptor is probably a sufficient replacement.

I'm not sure what the precise best implementation would be, but great idea.
