From a collection view point, opening a nerfed card from a pack is essentially the same as opening a card you don't have, in terms of dust value. Therefore opening classic packs with a percentage of 'new' cards is inferior to opening WoG packs with all new cards.
However opening nerfed cards gives you choice of what card to craft, but I think it cannot overweigh the pure dust value opening new packs provides.

I am surprised that so many ones think this card is very good. I think this card is bad, or niche at best.
With a deck that does not intend to go into fatique (aka aggro/midrange), this card is almost always a worse Battle Rage (one more mana, draw one less). Even in patron warrior, if you actually get value from this card, say you got 4 patron, you won't actually have enough cards to combo them out, since other combo pieces (spells/Death's Bites) cannot be 'echoed', and patron on its own is quite terrible.
For this card to shine, it has to be in a control/fatique deck, where having more resources is better than drawing more cards. Against other control/fatique decks, having one or two extra threats can be game-winning. But still, this card requires setup. The fact that you cannot just molten -> molten -> this -> repeat really hurt this card's viability.
This card is insane. A 4-mana 4/10 with absolutely no draw back when requirement not meet or silenced? A 4/10 is impactful even on turn 10, on turn 4 it is insane, and with the ramping ability of Druid makes it really REALLY INSANE. I think C'Thun Druid will be viable just because of this card, regardless what other cards in the expansion will be. It has a potential to grow to MC's overpower-level, depends on what we get in the expansion.
PS: We can even use this card in a non-C'Thun deck!

Another balanced shredder. It took Blizzard one and a half years to learn how to balance cards.

This is actually another Argent Horserider for aggro/face decks.

I'll just dust all nerfed cards.
If someday I regret it, I can simply recraft them with no cost.

Ironbeak owl -> Silverbeak owl since it becomes more expensive.

As direct face damage, Leeroy Jenkins + Steady Shot do the same thing (8 damage) for less mana. As removal, Icehowl does better. So yes, King Krush is not good enough.
