It definitely would not be worse. I assume you are thinking about it like both come out on turn 6 for 6 mana because you have to hero power with Demon Hunter first and then you basically end up with 6/4 fire elemental. That would be correct except the key thing you missed is that demon hunter has weapons they equip beforehand. So really you are still only paying 5 mana for the same effect. And paying 5 mana for a fire elemental that has 1 less HP is absolutely better. That is still some nasty tempo.
It's awesome that Paladin is getting buffed and well-deserved, but just wondering, was Libram of Justice really the card to focus on? I feel like that card is fine. It is already easily capable of becoming a strictly better equality. Why not something like fixing the forever useless Guardian of Kings?
Make battlefiend start as a 1/2, Altruis can't hit face, Glaivebound a 6/4 that deals 3, and Albatross like a 4 mana 2/2 or something and I'll be happy.
Since you're so keen on stalking me without any context, I reached legend with Druid and I continued to climb with Mage. Here's a thousand word picture for you son. Now how about you show me your legend screenshot? Peace son. See you in game.....no wait, I wont since you're diamond. Over and out.
Lol "playing a lot and practicing, will let you get better."
Thanks but I'm legend 2k with my Highlander Mage. I know how to play and I know control decks. This is not legend material. And if you're using a sample size of 10 games at D5 then I have nothing more to say to you.
I tried this deck for a while and I'm sorry but it just really isn't good.
First, the most glaringly obvious card to remove is Magtheridon, given how it requires a second "combo" piece in your hand to activate and is literally removed by a 0 mana Warlock spell that just so happens to be one of the most popular decks right now.
Second, Grand Lacky Erkh really doesn't really do much for you. You have 2 lackey generators, and then you have to hold onto them in order to get value from Erkh, but meanwhile the value you are getting isn't even all that impressive. You've built up a board of 1/1s maybe with some discovers and a taunt on what turn 8? Congrats. Demon Hunter now swings for 15 face damage and you lose.
Bladestorm rarely works out like you want it to, especially given the popularity again of Galakrond Warlock and DH always having 1 hp minions on board.
And then lastly just the general win conditions of the deck. Which really there is only 1, Dragonqueen Alex. Since this deck is entirely reactionary, Zephyros is always used as an answer and is never a win condition on his own. And Deathwing again is used as an answer unless for some ungodly reason the opponent's board just so happens to be completely clear on 8, and maybe you try to set up for lethal with Alex next turn.
This deck would have potential if it weren't for a single card having been rotated out this year....Dr. Boom, Mad Genius. But as it stands, unless you play against something like face hunter, you eventually just run out of resources and have nothing left to contest the board with.
Sadly warrior just needs some serious help to become viable. This meta is a very "value" oriented meta and warrior has lost too many of its value generating cards. (Dragon Roar, Boom, War Master Vroon, Warpath, etc.)
Congrats man! Yes I know what you mean it can feel that way sometimes, especially with bonkers curves like Breath of Dreams into Overgrowth....but honestly there's a lot of luck for every class. Can't tell you many games I lost to DH cuz they topdecked Metamorphosis for lethal after I stabilized the board. It is what it is though. Congrats again!
Warlock can be a difficult matchup and they have become more popular lately. Best advice I can give is to really really limit the amount of minions you put down every turn and not give their Plague of Flames too much value. Play your floaters first and be greedy with Marsh Hydra and Emerald Drake to try and generate as much value as possible.

Thalnos might be better off being something else with only 2 spells benefiting from it.
Cool deck though, I might give it a shot.

Does Patches + 2 pirates actually work?
EDIT: Nvm I guess since you're playing the deckhands for the charge anyways you may as well pull a free 1/1 with them too. Makes sense.
