posted a message on Cards in urgent need of a nerf
    Quote from MaximusDM2264 >>

These 2 classes represent more than 60% of the diamond ladder right now , meanwhile classes like warrior , priest, shaman, hunter are struggling to have 2% playrate.

Congratulations devs, you broke the game again. First few days of the expansion and the game feels completely unplayable if you are not one of these guys that find "fun" spamming RNG mage to climb easily on the back of a broken deck.

This.  And also Tickatus is just ruining any chance of competitive deck building.

You want to have a fun diverse meta.  Not a meta where 3 decks are OP and no counters.

I would like to continue the complaining about DH.   I will start by saying WTF, where are the nerfs?  GG Blizzard!

You can complain, or you can draw up a deck to beat it.  It's that simple.  There is no way that you can't simply put together a deck that it's only purpose is to stomp on DH.  There are plenty of cards to choose from and in a few months there will be plenty more.

I feel the same way you do about nerfing it to the ground.  And it will happen.  Just have fun trying to beat it while it lasts.

Like you said.  Who cares about Legend.  Play to beat the deck to hate and have fun doing it.

    See attachment.

It's just dumb when you die on turn 4 because of Curvestone.

I know.  Salt Thread.  I'm looking for validation that DH is a little tiresome.

    Quote from Alexandru_91 >>

What i really dislike about this system is you get random legendaries and epics, just give us Dust so we can have more fun and craft what we want, that is purely a downgrade to the current system and it should be addressed to Blizzard.

I disagree, a card pack should be about random cards.  You want dust then disenchant cards and get dust.  Don't complain about randomness.  HS should be random.

I will come back after nerfs.  Right now we are in pre nerf/post expansion zone so it's hard to appreciate.

posted a message on So wanna talk bout the new "leaked" Battlepass for HS ?

Remember most games are not F2P.  If you're complaining that Hearthstone wouldn't be as fun if you had to pay money, then there is no shame in finding out some things cost money.

If Hearthstone was a kids game then they probably wouldn't care too much about pouring money into it.  It's not.  Most people playing it have money.  Most of you complaining about having to pay or being a casual player have money, just too stingy, spend it on coffee or fast food.

We're talking about 50$ once every 4 months.  If you can't afford that then you should be playing with less cards.  Plain and simple.

It's not Pay to win, it's pay to have fun.

I got 4 out of 85.  I was hoping for more.  Kreen, Malicia, Kel Thazad, and Alabaster.

Gonna open another 80 packs, hoping for some redemption.

posted a message on Prediction: Glide will be incredibly weak and will see no play
    Quote from Tuscarora87 >>

I think people here are not fully aware of the newest enrage aggro DH builds. They rely on strong early game, have minimal curve and cut everything expensive except Skull and Adept (and sometimes Spellkin for extra reach). One often finds himself with 0 zero cards in hand already on turns 4-6. Just imagine having an extra card similar to Skull after vomiting initial cards. You don't get discounts, but it's 2 mana cheaper, totally disrupts opponent, gives more draw consistency than just Skull alone. Against aggro, your early game is unparalleled or equal at worst. You will not give them much cards anyway. And again, wasting 4 mana on -do nothing- will probably not be a problem, because of experience with Skull and vomiting. Altruis still works, because everything is cheap. I still secretly hope (firstly, that aggro DH will not be a thing at all, lul) and that wasting 4 mana -do nothing- will stop this card from inclusion in aggro builds, but I'm afraid that will not be the case. There is a feeling they didn't test it in aggro (again) and that at least they are not aware of currently emerging builds. And people will find a way to exploit it, I'm pretty sure (like 5 times before). There are smart people out there that will make something out either of old, undetected or new cards. Glide is simply a dangerous card to print, even if it doesn't do what are people afraid of. What's the point of this card? Why print it for any reason?

At most it will delay your opponent or provide new life if you run into a top deck situation.  Saying that this card alone will win you games is nothing new in Hearthstone.  Look at the draw you get from Galakrond Rogue or Overflow.  It's not like cards get destroyed or disappear from your deck.

Even Highlander decks have more powerful cards than this.

From a purely conversational standpoint (I can't believe I've actually got to say that)... so far a lot of the cards, dual-class especially, seem rather mediocre. Along with that the class legendaries are super dull and also weak. Don't get me wrong, the set as an overall looks pretty interesting, but the cards themselves... I don't know... meh?

I do hope the rest of the set raises the bar a little.

Agreed, all the cards i see are mediocre AF, nothing so far is interesting, the only card that peaks my interest is the shaman/druid innervate for wild ofc, standard is unplayable as it stands.  If the other half of the cards are still as boring as these ones, we'll have another stale shitty meta until december

A lot of these cards crazy so far what are you talking about

Star Student Stelina: MUST be Outcasted. Just a less than average 4/3 if not.

Mozaki, Master Duelist: Good, but boring.

Turalyon: I mean... come on. Paladin being Paladin again I see.

Infiltrator Lilian: Absolutely NOT worthy of legendary. This is a rare effect at best. Also boring.

    Archwitch Willow: Good, but boring.

Rattlegore: Waaaay too slow. Easily prone to silence and transform. Played for funsies only.

Doctor Krastinov: Fine card, but my god that's bland.

    Ras Frostwhisper: Good, but boring.

The rest of the class legendaries are either really good, interesting, or both. But as of now, the neutral legendaries are 100 times more interesting than the rest. I would've gone on about the dual-class cards too, but I lost interest halfway through.

This is a common condition known as Pre Expansion "Everything Sucks".  It stems from not having any idea of card interaction and no prior knowledge of power level prior to release.  Some notable symptoms are the use of words like boring, bland, and funsies.  Some other signs to look out for are CAPS and stretched words like "waaaay".  Waiting for all the cards to be released and seeing them in play is the best way to avoid being that guy.

The Neutral Legendarys are certainly interesting, and the DH Legendarys as well as the DH/Warlock Crossover Legendary are almost MUST craft since they are simply strong. Apart from that I dont know, man. He seems to be pretty much on point, as other classes and especially Paladin and Mage got the Shaft with their obvious Trash Legendarys.

Problem is everyone thinks a Legendary has to be Win the Game or it's Trash.  I can see Mozaki finishing a game with 2 Frostbolt and a Sorcerer's Apprentice
