Afaik exceptions are calculated errors in code, in this case the exception is being thrown but not dealt with, which causes the problem. Looks like your sytem/deck/whatever causes the code to run into a dead end where it cannot go further. Best things is to tell the developers exactly what actions causes the problem to make it easier to be fixed
noone plays it so i assume it' s bad but go ahead, try it out and you'll see if it might work. has insane synergy with Giant Sand Worm btw so if you happen to have one of these, too... :)
Feel free to try it out. Feedback and suggestions are highly appreciated :)
To topic: i do not think Ben Brode had a specific deck type in mind saying he was expecting players to figure something out. He wants to encourage us to try fancy decks which will eventually work and for most classes and decks this worked out fine. Remember pros predicting Call of the Wild not to be played much because they said midrange hunter was not good enough to supprt it? Maybe we only think priest is weak as the ppl who would eventually try new things are discouraged cuz everyone says priest sucks. I, for my part, still have decent success with dragon priest for example.
My advise is to rather craft a deck over a legendary, personally.
With the dust needed for 1 legendary you could craft midrange hunter, midrange shaman or zoo warlock for example. All of those are good cheap decks you could potentially reach legend with.
Maybe you don't have the paladin cards to support tirion or the deathrattles to support n'zoth. Do you have a complete ctrl warrior lacking justicar? If not then you would not yet be able to make use of the legendaries you mentioned imo
Hey guys! I'm playing since open beta ( its been quite a long time) , but i havent reached legend once( only rank 5). Mostly been busy with school, or just didnt have enough time. But this summer vacation I wanna change EVERYTHING, so i thought about asking you guys, whats the strongest deck in the EU meta right now. Atm im trying nzoth paladin ( without cairne sadly) , and I also love miracle rogue, even though its struggling against aggro decks ( when I draw bad). Any help will be welcomed! P.S. : Some of my decklists bellow, maybe you could suggest something abothem too ^^
miracle rogue has issues with zoo and aggro shaman which are still prevalent in the meta, also does yogg help in miracle roge? idk, don't have him
i imagine n'zoth pala being too slow for the current meta
freeze mage is good against non warrior meta, we see a lot of warrior in the higher ranks actually so... no.
midrange hunter looks solid to reach legend with, i personally feel like there aren't unwinnable matchups with it. i personally prefer Tundra Rhino over Ram Wrangler though. it has insane value with highmane in hand or on board and Call of the Wild. the decklist i run is:
Reckless Rocketeer or Argent Commander depending on board control vs pure dmg are the ones coming to my mind first. Wolfrider sounds quite good to me in combo decks like my preposter mentioned
Great deck! Got exactly what was promised- 0% winrate with slow games. Perfect for reaching legend withing the first 365 days of the season! Thanks a lot
Generally card draw is the key to make a deck consistent. Worgen otks or even patron warriors are a good example for this. Removal or 2 for 1 minions take you to the long game or fatigue usually. You should add card draw or removal depending on your win condition

I created a midrangy priest that makes use of the forementioned embrace the shadows and Holy Champion. This is the deck:

Warrior decks except for pirate aggro are quite expensive to craft and i don't know how much dust you have available. Tempo warrior is quite good.
Legend capable budget decks are midrange hunter, midrange shaman and zoo warlock

Ragnaros the Firelord is very good overall.
And i've seen Twin Emperor Vek'lor do crazy things with Evolve

Imo tempo mage is not bad in the current meta as it is relatively good against zoo, midrange hunter and control warrior aswell as shaman.

I got N'Zoth from a pack and I personally consider him too slow to be used in midrange hunter
