I like to see people that are mad because there is a single true tier 1 deck atm, becoming happy because they think this deck is going to change to another one.
Guys, you are just stupid. You don't want the meta to be stabilished and balanced, you want your favorite class to be tier 1.
So, why not bringing here and old Thrall's friend?
Of course he weilds his most iconic weapon:
And for his hero power, lets give it the power to make the horde great!
This card is designed to comeback a lost game, or to win an even one, the same way Lord Jaraxxus does. The hero power and your weapon help to clean the board aswell as pressure the enemy to trade your taunt minions if he wants to hit your low hp face.
It's probably not the most overpowered card in the game, but it helps Control Shaman with the late game, since Blizzard just nerfed Rockbiter Weapon, the early game card that Control Shaman used to clear early drops instead of using it to hit face as aggro does.
I prefered the idea that bliz used for paladin and shaman heros. The portrait are cool but the price imho is too high then the idea to use other ways to purchase them, even needing time like for the paladin1 is great, funny and Honest. I hope for a cool lock or prist.
That's the best thing they could do, it has pros for everyone: we, the players, don't have to pay to receive a reward (one that doesn't affect the game at all, it's just a hero skin); and they can make people try games that otherwise they would never play (such as WoW, HoTS, Diablo...) and a lot of people could end buying and playing them.
I think Liadrin was used as an experiment, and Blizzard is going to repeat it as soon as they realize they won active WoW users with that simple reward.

And that's the same shit.

One of the best arena epic choices for Rogue in arena.
But in constructed... I don't see a lot of decks for this. Maybe some type of midrange Rogue?

The nerf to Charge is only because Blizzard wants to make Warsong Commander broken again.
Kappa.

To sum up: you don't like aggro and want control be OP as fuck.
As if control has not a lot of cards vs aggro...

It is 16 damage imperative.

Everytime that I see a person complaining about nerfs and buffs of cards that are ok I lose 1 year of life expectancy.
Increased to 2 years when it is about Flamewreathed Faceless or Call of the Wild.

You know what is the best?
Mage has 2 alternative heroes. Blizzard is trolling us hard.
