I actually have experienced this! Just last week, I broke down and purchased a 40 pack bundle. As I finished my last pack, I noticed I did not acquire one golden card! Im not sure if this could be something they intended, but I was pretty sad. Im glad to know Im not the only one

All together which includes the expansions I have spent nearly $400 on this game. But, I can't say I regret it in any way shape or form!

I was lucky enough to open it as my third golden legendary, the day my second son was born.  Pretty cool connection in my mind.  Great card in lots of decks.

it's kinda a nice tech card in almost any non-hyper-agro deck if control comes back in the meta heavy (like days 7 to 15 last season).  it works in tempo mage, midrange hunter, etc... anything where if you're going to be in a situation with a near empty hand, drop it and it gives some fuel

 

course, its sick in priest and warrior, as well.  plus, it gives golden laughing sisters.  i mean, c'mon!

Since you say you play Midrange decks and you want to get you're hunter golden, I would say Golden Loatheb due to the fact that there is NO chance for you to get a duplicate in a card pack opening and Loatheb is a widely used minion in Midrange Hunter. And having any golden Nax or BRM cards just makes you a badass. Period.

Have to say I was playing secret paladin at rank 12 and I cam across this deck. Annnnnnnnd I lost. So props to this deck it is definitely legit

Well, since you are going off of what cards you don't have yet, it is hard to say which packs you should or shouldn't buy. However, seeing GvG and TgT only have 132ish cards in them and the classic packs have a whopping 435, I say you would get more value out of classic. As far as statistics go, you would also most likely be missing more classic then tgt or gvg. Hope that helps. :)

I will try, as I have in every season since beta, to hit legend. Of course, ladder anxiety will always get the best of me and I will sit comfortably at rank 12. Sigh. I wish I knew what I do wrong to result in so many losses. Oh well, at least I enjoy playing my friends :) Good Luck on Legend! 

Bruh, I have been playing since beta and I have yet to open a golden legendary. Took me over 200 packs to even get my first legendary :( However, my luck has increased as I have now been able to craft most of the essentials :) Congrats, btw on three golden legendaries! They are so regal and beautiful!
