My advice for those starting/learning is to always play arena. I think most new players are there and it is fairly easy to win there, specially with a little bit of research (even on these forums) for what cards/classes are tier 1. Granted I haven't really played arena since inspire came out, which I heard really changed things. I did play arena for about a solid year though when HS first dropped and got a good start to my collection, which really is important in ranked.
Lot of weird little random cards show up in HS games that you would never actually build into your deck in constructed, arena prepares you for this somewhat. Arena also gives you a sense of both deckbuilding and learning how to play the different styles of decks you build. And best way to get phat lewtz.
However if you wanna build constructed run zzzz cthun druid and you can hover around rank 15 happily in standard.
Ah ! and Btw Power Overwhelming is an Over Powered card.
You are one of the few that think this. Notice though that Bloodlust serves the same purpose but I have yet to find someone who thinks it's an overpowered card.
This is false, power overwhelming being overwhelmingly power (OP) is a pretty popular opinion.
I know ha ha very puny, but seriously, many believe this card is OP and put forward strong arguments defending this claim.
EDIT: Also what is this abundance of healing you speak of? Besides in Pally and Warrior?
The meta misses healbot.
It is popular opinion that all cards which players lose to are OP.
Power Overwhelming is in fact so OP that it isn't even played anymore in zoo, and somehow a lot stronger than Cold Blood.
Call of the Wild is an 8 mana card and as such it is bound to eventually cycle out of the meta when hunter gets access to faster cards or when playable taunt cards are released.
Just because a card is overpowered doesn't mean it needs to get nerfed/changed. To claim power overwhelming has not been a massive force in this game and part of the reason why zoolock was even able to get off the ground is just false. Just because there is some new gimmick archetype does not make the card any less strong.
This deck is LITERALLY copy-pasted from the tier 1 Tempo Mage in the TempoStorm Meta Snapshot. Card for card. You really should give credit where its due/cite sources when appropriate. The fact that people are making videos calling this "Gnoki's Tempo Mage" is sad.

I think many are cynical about the aggro-midrange distinction because at first the difference in "midrange" hunter was to just throw in a Savannah Highmane. besides that they *were* basically the same deck.
So the difference is between hyper aggression and aggression, and maybe one wins a turn or two earlier than the other. Not really a substantial difference IMO.
I have not seen it in a while either. I am wondering with the meta-to-be if it will be essential. We will definitely have to wait and see. But I predict it will be, seems as though many of the decks that became more powerful with KZ include powerful taunt minions.
Or at least in the decks that have 6 cost cards? With dragons back, druids back, Avian watchers. Seems it should be core in every deck that isn't SMOrc
I am running a list similar to both of your lists. I was surprised to see Unearthed Raptor and Prince Malchezaar, how are they working? I'm also running Thistle Tea and with Preparation its quite good! Although I find myself having too much card draw at times, I forgot a lot of the steal cards also function as draw.
Also I'm having a lot of fun/success with Shifter Zerus.
Nerf is not happening folks, I've said this repeatedly.
Besides the rotation thing they've only nerfed cards post beta that were in the strongest deck. Miracle rogue, Undertaker hunter, etc. They aren't going to nerf a card from a mediocre deck regardless of its strength. If a deck running Cotw becomes dominant for some time, maybe a nerf is possible....but then again rotations. Don't hold your breath.
I think this gentleman is correct. fourmanasevenseven on the other hand...
Playing Secret Paladin in Standard this kind of stuff has happened to my opponent a lot of times now... Praise the turn 3 double 4/5 :DD
Very original. Thanks for sharing. LUL
Yea i know right... I just didn't want to post the Usual ''I played Velen/Malygos and then i used *insert damage spell* and he died'' stuff or the ''I made a infinite damage combo (Dosen't matter if it's the Antonidas or Tentacle for Arms we all did that)''
So you decided to post secret pally as "the most ridiculous combo you've pulled off"? Don't you have a ladder to grind?
Harsh but good advice. As I said before, they will not nerf anything from expansion/adventures cause they will be rotated out. Experience should tell you this as there was tons of complaint about Dr. Boom and Mysterious Challenger.
I think you are wrong about this. Just because standard was released does not mean cards will never get nerfed again.

Cmon man, some pretty big things going on in the world. More important than HS card reveals. Maybe you should take a break

I am curious to why you say poor meta call.

These cards have been around since launch. Like I said "I understand that Hyena is good in this deck". Cancer players really are stupid
