Fractured in Alterac Valley: Horde or Alliance?
Fractured in Alterac Valley: Horde or Alliance? Which side will you be on? Hearthstone's newest expansion will have players pick between the iconic factions from World of Warcraft. Joining the Horde will instantly grant players Golden Drek'Thar, of the Frostwolf clan. Players who choose Alliance obtain Golden Vanndar Stormpike, leader of the Stormpike Dwarves.
From December 7th to January 11th players will be tasked with earning Honor to achieve ultimate victory for their chosen faction. Honor can be gained in Traditional, Arena, and Duels Modes. As Honor is gained, you'll progress through a Legendary Quest chain that rewards cards from the expansion (rewards to be announced at a later date).
So Horde or Alliance which is better? All players will receive the same total end rewards, including a Golden copy of the enemy's faction leader, so just pick the faction that speaks to you most or the card you like to play with most!
At the end of the event, all Honor points will be tallied and all players will receive a Diamond copy of the winning faction's leader -- to be forever enshrined in Hearthstone lore!
- Honor points are earned by playing and winning during the event:
- 10 Honor for every game played
- 10 more Honor for every game won (20 total)
- 20 more Honor for every game won versus an opponent from the enemy faction (40 total)

The Cinematics
Warrior hero: Mrs. Smite
It will be Rokara but sure ;)
I just hope it will be not anymore Pirate synergy.
That’s incorrect. In The Grand Tournament they sing literally the whole way through. Also, Goblins and Gnomes (their very first expansion) was all singing.
From what I remember, singing in cinematics has been there since The Grand Tournament. They aren't trying something new. They've been doing this.
e.g.
Whispers of the old Gods, .... no singing so much better
League of Explorers,.... just a little bit of singing
Also the other old ones, yes they had some singing but not all the way through the trailer and it didn't sound like I am about to watch Elsa skating on ice
Wasnt there singing in every content presentation video?
What's wrong with a little bit of singing?
I'm an old ass man, and I can enjoy a little song and dance now and then from any genre of music!
And just to inform you, there has been singing since the first expansion, GvG.
And the first adventure, Naxx, had a musical theme to it, mind you, no singing.
So I ask again, what's wrong with a little fun tune? (Even if it might not be your (or mine) preferred genre).
The official card reveal schedule has been changed - Kurtrus will not be revealed today, but on 24 November, and the card originally scheduled for that date will be released instead.
I believe the grand tournament expansion trailer was also singing.
The Cinematic Trailer Slaps!!
Ehm no.
Compared to old HS cinematics it seems like blizz is working for Disney nowadays. What is this trash singing since the mercenaries cinematic.
ABBA revival by Blizzard!? Or how to turn this trash into a kids advertising?
They were singing since League of Evil. Hearthstone's always been pretty Disney.
yea i cry if i think about kobolds and catacombs cinematic.... that was a damned great cinematic!!! not this nowdays shit
I think saviors of Uldum hit that 80's action series vibe better and had the humor more in front. This one reminds me a bit of the rastakan one where you're not really sure who they are trying to sell their product to
Haha what? Every Cinematic has been a musical. So much so thsat when Un'Goro DIDN'T have a song, people complained and Ben Brode did a rap video afterwards.
No one remembers this. The Hearthstone community was SO upset when Un'Goro DIDN'T have a song. I was one of them. Ben Brode making a rap for it was great. Living through that was wonderful.
