New Cards!
Curse of Naxxramas will be introducing thirty new cards to the game; This includes both class and neutral cards. These cards are only obtained while completing specific tasks in the adventure itself and cannot be opened up from booster packs like the previous Expert set. Cards are earned by:
- Defeating Bosses (15 Cards)
- Finishing Wings (6 Legendary Cards)
- Completing Class Challenges (9 Cards)
These cards are not craftable and cannot be disenchanted for dust, much like the Basic set.
Class Cards
Nine of the new cards will be class specific, one for each class. These cards are obtained from Class Challenges.
Neutral Cards
Twenty-one Neutral minions have been added in the Curse of Naxxramas. Prepare to see the meta shaken up.

Class Challenges
Class Challenges are a collection of unique fights in which each class has a different opponent from the Naxxramas Adventure to defeat. These challenges require you to use a pre-assembled deck of cards, chosen by Blizzard, to defeat your opponent. Challenges unlock after defeating a boss which has an assigned challenge.
Upon winning a challenge, you will be granted the Naxxramas class card for the class you played.
A lot of strong cards will be leaving the pool... Im just happy that you will still be able to play them ranked in wild mode.
Mad Scientist, you showed us all.
Loatheb, you truly saw us.
And Deathlord, it's now a good thing you don't fear death :)
A lil recap of what we will lose and what we will gain is incoming soon.
Every cardgame need rotation too not get stuck
I will miss this expansion but it's time to say farewell and it is overdue in my opinion. I wonder on what's up in store for upcoming expansion that will change the game as profoundly as GVG and NAX did. Some honoroable mentions from GVG and NAX.
The core of how we see any Mech deck today is gone from Standard
Neutral: Dr. Boom , Antique Healbot , Piloted Shredder , Annoy-o-Tron , Kel'Thuzad , Loatheb , Deathlord , Nerubian Egg , Sludge Belcher , Haunted Creeper , Mad Scientist , Unstable Ghoul , Zombie Chow .
Druid: Shade of Naxxramas I know it is a Neutral but really does any other deck play it?
Warrior: Death's Bite , Shieldmaiden .
Warlock: Voidcaller , Dark Bomb , Imp-losion , Mal'Ganis .
Shaman: Whirling Zap-o-matic , Crackle , Neptulon(never got what it deserved for now).
Rogue: Tinker's Sharpsword Oil , Goblin Auto-Barber .
Priest: Dark Cultist , Lightbomb , Light of the Naaru , Shrinkmeister , Velen's ChosenShadowboxer .
Paladin: Avenge , Shielded Minibot , Coghammer , Muster for Battle , Quartermaster . Ouch Secret Pala for now if ya add in the naxx ones too like Avenge?
Mage: Duplicate , Flamecannon , Unstable Portal , Snowchugger , Goblin Blastmage , Echo of Medivh .
Hunter: Glaivezooka , Webspinner , Gahz'rilla (Never got too shine who knows what wild will bring for it tho =).)
The list of gamechanger lost in Standard from Naxx which isn't listed at start of list: Kel'Thuzad , Loatheb , Shade of Naxxramas , Deathlord , Nerubian Egg , Sludge Belcher , Haunted Creeper , Mad Scientist , Unstable Ghoul , Zombie Chow .
Honorable mentions: Feugen , Stalagg , Baron Rivendare .
What i think will be power cards for wild when not considering those already stated.
Recombobulator , Iron Juggernaut (fatigue? =)) Ancestors Call ( a spell heavy deck with high and few minions might one day be viable Mimiron's Head play some mech protect them and buff the insane V-07-TR-0N for 1 turn-KO. Those are just a few of the ones which might one day be turn 4-5 KO's.
I guess the point of this post is too see what each deck will lose. I'm really exited about what's coming up in Whispers of the Old God expansion and forward, as i see the meta will be change drastic just by losing GVG. Add in the Naxx loss and change on some classic cards and this meta will be more fun as the game has really not moved too much the last months. I also think Wild will be hilarious and fun so don't dust em all =). Coming from a Vintage Mtg player. It's better too keep the OP GVG cards, instead of dust for crap value just to maybe one day have to make them again. 5 dust for common,20 for rare,100 for Epic and 600 for Legendary ain't that much really when a new legendary costs 1600 "only" and you never know what your preference will be either. It will also be smart too pick up 1st wing of Naxxramas so you can get the adventure later for some gold each wing or money this must be done quick!. The price to get the good cards is high in dust compared to 700 gold for 1st wing and then always have the opportunity to buy the rest for gold or money when wanted or just DE them if you dont like wild.
What each deck lose is posted but i wont go into further details on that as the new cards might change a lot, so it is kinda pointless to do so
but it sure look's like any mech deck, secret pala, CTRL Priest , Tinker rogue and so will lose much.
Good riddance Avenge. You will not be missed. Possibly the most infuriating card I've ever played against.
All of us are gonna miss mad scientist ,belcher, death's bite .... ah well, i hope the next expansions bring better cards to replace them
Naxxramas RIP
It was nice knowing you.
Yeah, I started during the last week of this adventure, but I was deadset at the time to not spend any $$$. Now I wish I had jumped on board with this when I had the chance.
Oh, watching the game news I understood, that it was a great idea to start from this adventure, because of if I waited some more time I'd never did that
This heroic card back is soon to become a sacred treasure. All who wield it will be known for having found true happiness.
good bye sweet prince of a adventure your cards and amazing villain of kelthuzad will be missed for all players soon

I've been begging for this forever, the card back just doesn't seem like a good enough reward.
Well you'll need a lot of dust and it's a lot.It is quite difficult for free to play accounts and for all accounts in general.
T_T....not that big....of a deal?! Clearly you haven't struggled countless hours or attempted to accomplish Heroic mode despite your rage boiling out of control...........card back does NOT make it at all worth it.........other than bragging rights mind you ^^
LMAO
Considering how not that much money to give all players a pack.. you could look at it and see omg.. its X amount of money.
But most free to play, players will never buy packs like myself so its not money i would've spent.
and paying consumers will have their tongues wet by just a single or couple of packs, and lastly the streamers who buy packs for people to watch them open will buy packs anyway, its only the very low percentage of players who buy packs with free pennies who might not buy a pack that week.. but even then i highly doubt it.
But blizzard is just duuurp.
Where's the fun in that?
the most needed adventures
