New Keyword: Recruit
Cards with the Recruit keyword immediately summon minions from your deck and put them into play. Some cards recruit minions that match certain conditions; others recruit randomly chosen minions.
Spellstones
Spellstones are a new type of card which can be upgraded during play! Once you fulfill a listed condition, such as playing two Elemental minions, the card upgrades into a more powerful version.
Unidentified Items
Unidentified Items are cards which when put into your deck don't have a predetermined effect. When the card is put into your hand, the effect of the card will become known. Each item has its own pool of effects that it can randomly choose from.
New Cards
So far, 135 cards have been revealed out of 135.

Seems very likely you will. You can already get quests, DKs and legendaries from random card generation effects, so why not these?
What happens with Lesser Sapphire Spellstone when you overload 6 crystals in a single turn or with a single card? Does it directly become the greater version or does it have to happen on two distinct turns / two distinct card plays?
It has been confirmed by Mike Donais in Reddit (twice even) that you can't upgrade spellstones twice with the same play/card. Anything that goes over the first upgrade limit won't count for the second one. I do think that you can do it in the same turn though with two or more separate cards/plays, haven't seen anything that would claim otherwise.
yes, because after EE 1, it's goes from Lesser to normal, then EE 2 turns it from normal to greater. that's 10 mana, 6 OL. Next turn Lava shock, unlock 6 mana, you have 8 mana left to play the spellstone and a 1 mana card
Cards are now in the database so we were able to generate the visual guide. Sorry for the delay everyone!
Thanks for the hard work as always!
Am I the only one that REALLY wants the effects of these legendary weapons to consume durability? I mean of the two we have seen so far, if they activate three times as is, that is on it's own insane. If they don't then it becomes an RNG fest of whether you draw weapon removal or hit the concede button sometimes.
Considering they're releasing so many weapons I'd imagine they'll also release more durability diminishing effects in this set. Give them time. Those types of counter cards aren't very exciting and will most likely be announced towards the end of the month.
Don't forget that Harrison Jones and the original Ooze cards should always be available in Standard. If any of these weapons start seeing significant play (should at least in the first couple weeks to try them out) then you can expect to see those cards in just about every deck to counter.
That is my concern though. I don't want it to be a matter of drawing the weapon removal or giving my opponent infinite value.
To be fair, the dragon amulet is difficult to pull off constantly for Priest without Lyra the Sunshard, unless the deck is full of spells, in which case if would most likely be a bad deck if the weapon is not drawn. The Mage weapon is just bad IMO unless you're running aggro Mage. 6 mana draw 3 is ok (better than sprint) but unless you can actually play 4 cards EVERY turn you will mill yourself to death. Forget about combo Mage they can't risk burning their key cards with this, so the weapon can only be used as a finisher, as in, you run out of cards then play this to draw your fireballs and close the deal. But, that means this is a dead card at any other time. Seems pretty bad.
Remember we havent seen the full set yet. Priest might get some sort of spell generator
Yeah we need to wait for the full set. Or maybe not this set but the next one, Lyra decks weren't really done when Un'goro came out it's only because if Kazakus Priest really it see play. Things could change.
By your logic ultimate infestation was a bad card as well because you can't afford to draw 10 cards in a game ? This card will just shift what radnom generation cards mage plays. Mage has no problem playing 3 or 4 cards a turn and no fear of burning cards in giant mage combo.
I got a feeling with this many Ooze minion and Harrison Jones....
They gonna make a card that protect the weapon
I really like the idea of 0-Attack weapons in the spellcaster classes (Mage, Warlock, Priest, and Druid (?)). They kinda act like artifacts/enchantments from MTG and other permanent effects in the past (e.g. Frost Lich Jaina, Raza the Chained, Crystal Core). The main difference here is that they're actually counterable and interactive, so it's much fairer than past permanent effects. I can't wait to try them out!
The Return of Harrison Jones...maybe?
And the Ooze meta. People will be teching 2 of them in every single deck if these catch on.
Don't forget Bloodsail Corsair being put in every deck... so nothing different there.
