So I want to craft a cheap meta deck, and even shaman is probably the cheapest (around 5000 dust). Is it good and should I disenchant my golden al'akir for it or not?

And if planning on playing Even Shaman Al'Akir might be of use, as in many other shaman decks. So I won't DE him.
There are plenty aggro 5k decks: odd paladin, zoolock, odd rogue. And actually Odd rogue and odd paladin have Baku and Leeroy, which it seems will be staple in many decks for another 1,5 years.

You do realize this is in the wild sub-forum? I'm not talking about some standard trash shaman but about wild... It's under 5k...

Absolutely. It's a brilliant deck that will get you up the ranks quick and easy. I play Standard mostly, but when it gets boring I move to Wild to hit rank 5 at least. It took me from 25 to 15 so far with like 3 or 4 losses. If you can avoid dusting Al'Akir though... maybe find somewhere else to gather the dust.
It got me to rank 5 fairly decently, after rank 5 I've faced a lot of rogues and hunters, not the greatest matchup. regardless, prior to rank 5 its a lot of fun. I use al'akir in the deck, so I wouldn't recommend it, but al'akir isn't a requirement for the deck.
even shaman has inflated win rates because of decks that have bad polarizing matchups against aggro decks. it works now but whenever new early/mid game anti-aggro tools are introduced even shamans play rates, and win rates will become abysmal. if you look at what even shaman does during its curve it is very underwhelming, and it is getting a lot of its wins due to people being greedy and not running enough anti-aggro tools. also personally i think even shaman is a very boring deck to pilot unless you deviate from the meta list and add some spice in
if you feel like you must make it now and you really really like the deck then sure just make it. but if your looking for a cheap efficient deck that will stand the test of time, just make warlock zoo or odd paladin

How is it 5k, when it is 10k+?

My bad. In Wild it is just brilliant. Went for like 20-1 streak from the bottom (R25).
So yes, worth it.
Ok thanks y'all

If you like winning games then yes. If not then no. It's the strongest deck in the game IMO. With no close second in sight.
