Wild makes up the majority of my decks, mostly because the cards I felt more at home with were switched from standard to wild, and besides that, before the switch to wild, I just finished Blackrock, and before that League of Explorers, and had a couple of decks with The Grand Tournament cards and didn't want to stop using them.

A Jade Lotus within the Kabal with the fight of a Goon.
Barnes: "Tonight, a tale of wonder and magic" Tiny Deathwing: "I am power, incarnate!"
Hearthstone is all about (besides having perfect RNG) having the right cards, at the right time.....Wait, 'time'?
Often Wild feels more "fresh" and "exciting" to me than standard. Sure there are a couple of Pirate Warrior but in general there is a lot of diversity (at least thats what I experienced until rank 9 last season).
Playing against a standard silence priest, i know mid-patron warrior is not the most original deck out there but it's unknown enough that i've had players hovering over the Grim Patron reading his text over and over in multiple games once i get to the Patron wave turns, this priest in particular was a standard silence priest palying in wild, he dropped me to 5 health early but then i was able to pull a Patron armor combo and went back into the game, it ended ina win for me when he realzied his wild pyro would just create more Patrons if he attacked the dread corsair with the shadow madnessed ghoul, Patron has to be one of my favorite decks of all time

Just got out of a game where a control Hunter on T8 went King's Elekk into Hemet, Jungle Hunter, with T9 and T10 being top decked Call of the Wilds.
I kinda want Blizzard to print a 6 mana "Summon two random animal companions" now because of it.
Who comes up with this stuff....
I ignored wild too much since standard came out.
Falling in love with the old cards and sick combo's
HELLO, THIS IS 40 HP RAGNAROS SPEAKING

Something witty.
Agreed, those kind of combinations are actually pretty hilarious; it's one reason I'm surprised more people haven't gotten into the format.
Articles I suggest every player reads to improve at the game;
MTG/Hearthstone biases to avoid
Reframing negative Hearthstone experiences to improve at the game
Who's the Beatdown?
Something like this doesn't sound exclusive to wild, barring the King's Elekk. Chill out, it's all good
Uh, a little confused by the thread title and the tone of the OP's post. But that was a great use for Hemet. *Applause*. High risk, high reward.
Dependable loan sharks since 1960. We sink our teeth into every deal we make.
I knew Hemet, Jungle Hunter I opened will be useful some day :).
Playing Hearthstone in German solely for Garrosh sounds. Sieg oder Tod!
