Hello and thanks for reading this. I appreciate all of the community advice.
I just created this and only played it a few times. its actually pretty fun.
So main party tricks are C'Thun to hold board control and or kill. N'Zoth for deathrattle minions. However, I save my reincarnate for my deathrattle minions. Sylvanas is one of my favorite dirty secrets. No need to run her into a minion. At worst value, reincarnate is good on piloted shredder. Makes it also possible to get multiples of Thadius. This deck struggled though without a nice healthy helping of card draw. However, nonetheless, this was my thought process. Any and all advice is welcome. I would like to fine tune this deck.
Deck List:
Beckoner of Evil - 2
Loot Hoarder - 2
Novice Engineer - 2
reincarnate - 2
Disciple of C'Thun - 2
Mana Tide Totem - 2
Moroes - 1 - He is kinda just for fun because he is complicated to get rid of if you don't have environmental damage.
I'm not seeing 30 cards listed, and I would definitely consider adding a lightning storm or 2 and junyu waterspeaker. thing from below would be really good as well. you have 2 win conditions but I see you having a hard time surviving long enough to play them

Couple of issues you might have: 1. Minion based control with no board clear or healing. This can make it very easy for aggro decks to never face punishment for ignoring minions. With the only taunt in your deck being Belcher and Taunt totem, you can die quite easily. In a heavy control deck like this, you should probably be playing Lightning Storm to clear moderately heavy boards and Healing Wave for burst healing. I like this over Jinyu Waterspeaker because the deck is already minion heavy, so the body is not as relevant since you should be able to play a minion every single turn.
2. Deck is too heavy. Two 10-cost cards in the deck with no Far Sight or Emperor Thaurissan to make your hand a bit more flexible. In many cases, combo decks and aggro/midrange will just ignore the turn you took to play your Old God, and just smash you in the face for way too much damage, which doesn't even need to be that much since the list has no healing anyway.
3. Too much card draw. Essentially, other control decks can easily fatigue you by allowing you to draw too much in the mid/late game. Bringing back Loot Hoarder from N'Zoth makes it so that you are even more prone to fatigue. The worst thing is that, in the late game, you're stuck with cheap card draw like Novice Engineer which has no bearing on the late game whatsoever, actually bringing you closer to losing the game.
4. No Hex. Not sure if you've ever built control before, but excluding this card in any control-style Shaman is an absolute crime. It is an absolute must-include, and there are a few cards in the list that can be easily taken out for these tools.
This is generally the Reincarnate Shaman played at Legend. So it might be useful to use this as a base. Take out some parts to get in the C'Thun package.

Initial recommendation: make a decklist and use that rather than a card by card list. That makes viewing and editing your card selections easier.
Wants to play Captain Cookie Druid because why not?

Thank you so much for all of the detail you added. Ill use the advice you gave to further fine tune this deck.
