You can cut these cards for other last tech in from the ''main'' list to run.
Tinkmaster, Skulking Geist, Loatheb, Vulgar Humonculus. Rest is mostly not movable (I mean you can swap them around for other strong options).
I'd probably find room for a Mortal Coil and a Shadow Bolt just to add in more removal. The AoE for 1-mana that discard your lowest card and deal 2 to every minion on board is good. Don't have the name it's from the latest expansion.
I feel you can also tech in a Demonwrath. The main thing you want to hit early on with this deck is not board priority but simply alleviate oard pressure. It really helped me getting rid of some nasty early boards from Hunter, Shaman, Paladin and Rogue so far.
I lost my main account for not merging it with twicth, I'm a huge fan of the Handlock/Warlock in general. Reno hits the spot for me when I'm grinding wild. I may post a list in a couple of days.

So I have been playing renolock for some time, and here is my latest build. However, I don't know if it's good so please do suggest changes!
Skidaddle skidoodle your Milhouse manastorm is now a noodle
I love corrupting mist, would fit it for homunculus. I dont think hes worth running anyways, without spellstone. And wheres doomsayer?
Geist is debatable, you can outtempo jade druids and there arent many on the ladder (for me)
Emperor isnt thaaat good anymore, maybe some shadowbolt to help with aggro, or mountain giants for board
Or try fitting sylvanas if you run the nzoth package already?
Your list is pretty defensive in itself.
