Don't dust any legendary until you decide don't will buy any pack of the expansion because you risk open the same legendary again and lost precious 1.200 dust when this happen.
Woecleaver is pretty dank and King Togwaggle can be used for some fun combo's. Runespear on the other hand is pure RNG and a lot of shaman spells are targeted, so you en up damaging yourself and healing the opponent for example. It just depends on it if you REALLY need the dust to craft something
n'zoth is good in endless taunt cntrl lock. only if you already have 2 x voidlord and 2 x lackeys would it be worth it. rin is a tech card vs control match up's. You only want her once your deck has a strong base. You need your removal and stalling cards like taunts first. And you must have Gul'Dan or you often can't win.
You basically sit behind a wall of taunts sapping their health with your hero power if done correctly. You need to be more aggressive with decks that can get past your taunts though. corridor creeper is a good card that can provide steady damage from behind a taunt and costs zero when done right.
Essentially it's gul'dans hero power that often wins you the fight in cntrl-lock. It's probably the most needed card.
I would consider dusting legendaries I don't plan to use from past expansions before the current one. I assume you're still actively getting K&C packs, if so dusting any of it's legendaries is a bad idea, because then you can just get those legendaries again (you only get each legendary once if you didn't know). No if you're not in that position I apologize for the suggestion, though long term it's still not a great investment plan to disenchant current expansion legendaries. for instance, there was a guy who posted from beta that he always disenchants everything for the flavor of the month... he basically had no collection, so no I wouldn't go that route, especially to craft a legendary that won't be in standard in 4 months.
Probably. Those just seem terrible and like they'll never be good. That said, the way that legendaries are now awarded makes it reasonable to hold on to the crappy ones just so you don't pull them again.

I unpacked Togwaggle Runespear and Woecleaver. Should I disenchant them? And for control warlock. Should I craft Rin or N'zoth
