HeyGuys, I just felt like asking the community about possible new archetypes of Warlock besides zoo or reno-decks. Or even possible new archetypes with the upcoming adventure.
I for one would really love to see a viable discard archetype as we have so many cards that force you to discard but you only have [car]Fist of Jaraxxus[/card] as a spell that applies when you discard it. The other card that gets a bonus from discarding is Tiny Knight of Evil but yeah, we all know that it just wasnt enough to make the cut.
I would also love to see a more "Fel-Magic" driven archetype that resolves about morphing into a demon, just like the demonology warlock does in WoW. You transform into a certain entity and get a bonus for this turn only. For example, you could transform into a Demon and get like 4 attack, but in order to have that bonus you need to sacrifice more HP or discard a card or whatever. You transform into a Demon in WoW to have some of your spells get empowered, so I would really love to see something like that in the future, as it would really give the class a more unique archetype.
You guys got any more ideas?

Sticks and Stones may break my bones, but words will send me spiralling into crippling depression.
I would really love to see some real control or midrange archetype with new expansion. I'm not playing warlock but it's really boring to see only 2 archetypes, and one of them is real cancer. I see people playing RenoLock much more than before, but I still think warlock lacks REAL control deck.

Handlock used to be there, but the Molten Giant nerf killed it entirely.
Play Renounce Warlock. Make a deck full of class cards with 2x renounce darkness. It's fun deck most of the time. Last time I transformed into paladin with 3 tirions and ragnaros, lightlord ;)
My Malylock performs pretty well (you can check it in my signature).
I think that dragons are really good tempo cards, thats why some dragon Warlock could be good in the future. Now I've started to make a dragonlock deck with handlock's core cards and philosophy.
So control Warlock doesn't mean only Reno in these days. Just have to be creative and adventurous to find some decks which are interesting and viable too. But it needs some time and netdecking is real. :\

Is handlock really dead for good?
