How would you determine a good Arena player? Could be let´s say EU server 2:1 winratio in 200+ Arena games considered as a good Arena player?
Is EU Arena harder than NA Arena in overall? Some people told me that they do better results in NA Arena than in EU. I did not tried yet so i don´t know
Why does it matter? A: Their isn't a "threshold" between bad and good players. Without any real ranking system one is impossible to make. B: Considering that the Arena has an added luck factor in the draft, the difference between lucky and good players is blurred. A good arena player can go 0-3 100% of the time due to shitty luck, while a complete noob can go 12-0 100% because of sheer luck.
The second question I don't know the answer to. In my experience regardless of which region I play my average win-rate is about the same. Really it doesn't matter.

I too have better results in NA than EU but I believe it's the time that I'm playing and not the players, because I've faced great players in all regions.
Imo no one arena is harder than the other. It comes down to your drafting skills, plays and a bit of luck to get great arena results. (though tbh I find arena in Asia a bit easier than the others :P)

'There is nothing more deceptive than an obvious fact'
When it comes to the first point, people have different opinion on what "good" is. To some it is being able to cover the entry fee (which, if you think about it, is great already). To me, personally, being good at Arena is where on average I continuously make profit and can sustain additional entries at little to no cost.
In regards to the second point - I play mostly on US, yet all of my 12 win Arena runs are on EU. How so? Is it the skill difference? Not at all. In my experience getting to 12 was mostly due to me out-curving my opponent, because at 10-12 wins everyone knows how to play and what to play around, no matter what region you're on.
So I don't really believe that there's difference between two regions when it comes to skill. Oh, and before people start accusing me of anything - I am from Australia and I hold no bias in the whole "US > EU or EU > US" topic.
It's easier in the evening? Usually only the die hard Arena players play into the late hours. With all the less skilled people likely stopping earlier I would think that the difficulty of your games would go up.

A 2:1 win ratio is very good and an indication that you are on the right track, but the sample size is too small. I started getting consistent high results after about ten arena runs that went 12 wins. So, once you play 1,000 arena matches you should know where your skill level fits.
There might be a slight meta difference between the regions, but the skill level is about the same. I personally do slightly better on EU than NA, but that is probably only because of the time of day I play.

Mage and Paladin seems to be the strongest in Arena
Rogue is considered one of the hardest classes to pilot well. So for the general population, Rogue probably isn't the best for them but statistically Rogues has the highest win rates from the top arena players. By a pretty good margin too.
A good arena player is a player, that can sustain or semi-sustain himself by playing arena, he doesnt have to be an infinite arena player, just be good enough to afford arena pretty much anytime he wants while playing casually in normal and doing his quests to fill the gold gap. That means having 5-7 wins on average arena run ;-) Also this should render "server difficulty" irrelevant by default, cause thats rly not a thing, just something ppl might feel like its a thing, but rly it isnt and frankly it cant be.
Threads like this is why I think the transition of ranked to arena is in large part the same basic concepts, and that players that play ranked decently (I'm assuming this guy is at least pretty decent in ranked) can transfer most of what they learned to arena. It's best shown by how he has pretty solid ~60-65% on the classes with pretty normal trading mechanics, while having only 1-3 on the "strongest class".
Details need to be learned, but as far as the regular trading and stuff it's the same things as in ranked mode. The best part is it shows knowledge of overall game mechanics, and fixing arena details like playing rogue could be enough to get him to around the infinite level.

1:1 win rate is average 50%
2:1 win rate is above average 67%
3:1 win rate is world class 75%
___
I consider EU easier then NA, but my sample size is small.

I have like 400 overall Arena Wins of all time... would still consider that as a beginner :-)

Rogue really stays so high? I don´t know, at 10+ Wins i meet almost only Paladins and Mages
Lol :-)
