I really know it's a lot to ask from people who take your money to keep their game profitable and all but things like this need someone at hand to hot fix and ban a card (you k now which one) from the brawl. Or to do their homework beforehand and see this would be problematic.
I'm one that can't just go for the wins. I brew up a really nice handbuff pally that took actual thought to create. Twice in a row I've been beaten by Rogues on turn 5 with no board, just Alex, Maly, Spells. Alex definitely should have been banned from this brawl as well as that fuckin shrine..
It's tragic because otherwise it's a great brawl.
If you don't like the brawl - don't play it. Such an easy solution to your "problem".
Man, my rouges decks give me 30 free packs and 2000 gold more then I had before start playing it. So that's the point of playing rouge. You grind free stuff and go next. Maybe go to salty thread and complain there? lol XD I'm aslo wild legend every month go and check leader boards :D

Maybe the true issue is that you aren't that good at this game and why you keep getting beat.
10 wins with shaman, double Geist shut down most OTK decks and I’ve gotten insane value out of shudderewok
