Both are good, bu with aggro secret paladin I really struggle against classes like Warlock, but with libram secret paladin I don't really struggle against any class. What are your experiences?
So far in the entire expansion, I have faced one paladin total and it was a secret pally (I am lvl 32 on the BP atm). That deck is so incredibly bad it had an empty hand by turn 4 against my miracle rogue and just sat there summoning 1/1's every turn. With the draw tools that Paladin lost, its going to be very hard for the class to compete in such a board-centric meta without consistent cycle options.

That's also the impression I had with the aggro variant. With Libram, I play it like a libram paladin, but with secrets and its tools added it. Tons of fun. It also has Kazakus if you find that card fun.
I tried a secret paladin (without librams), I wouldn't call it aggro though just 'Secret Paladin' with 9 secrets and all the secret synergy cards: Sunreaver Spy, Sword of the Fallen, Crossroads Gossiper, Northwatch Commander and Cannonmaster Smythe. The rest of the deck is Knight of Anointment & Hand of A'dal for more draw, First Day of School for some more consistent t1 plays, Righteous Protector because it is a great 1-drop Kazakus, Golem Shaper because he is insane and Conviction as a finisher. The deck has 6 cards that draw you a card plus the weapon that thins your deck every time you attack and gets you closer to drawing your good stuff. Overall no issue with running out of gas. Conviction at rank 2 is very powerful if you stick a board, the gossipers can get out of control very easily and kazakus with the +2/+2 buff can be an alternative finisher
