I would cut Dragonmaw Poacher (for now until DH meta settles) because DH don't play any dragons. Also would cut Hellfires (Crazed Netherwings are same but come with a 5/5 body), Archivist Elysiana (games don't go that long in fatigue especially if you are facing DH who draw their deck before turn 10), Valdris Felgorge (you, as a Warlock, already draw to fast and using plot twist is already helping you quest advance faster and I don't think increasing your handsize matters against OTK DH) and one Enhanced Dreadlord (although this is good card especially with Ebonlocke Prime you already have big demons from Abyssal Summoner and Aranasi Broodmothers to help put couple of taunts) and put 2x Nether Breaths (because heals), 2x Crazed Netherwing (hellfire with a 5/5 body), Dragonqueen Alexstasza (you run out of duplicates fast because of the nature of the deck and it is a dragon enabler for certain cards) and another dragon for consistency with dragon lovers (maybe Twillight Drake or Big ol' Whelp for draw).
Hope this helps. If you have these suggested cards try them out and good luck :)
First of all: if you're playing an heavy control deck deck like that, you shouldn't expect to (reliably) beat a combo deck. Combo countering control is kind of natural.
Second: the big bulk of the DH combo requires the ability to hit face with the hero and, well, taunts stop that. I see you're already running an healthy amount of them tho. Maybe try to save them for key turns? While with the perfect draw is possible to perform the combo on turn 6, it will realistically come down on 7-8 sometimes even 9. I have some experience with that deck, and let me tell you that having enough mana to play Kayn along with the rest of the combo is reeeally unlikely.

I'm currently trying to rank in gold and keep bumping in to the Kael'thas DH OTK.
I'm playing a control / draw heavy warlock deck but I'm unable to stop it as my HP does go low with the heavy card drawing I'm doing.
Are they any other cards such as Unseen Sabetour or Choas Gazer you can advise on how to stop this?
Can we see your decklist and maybe figure out from there?
I'm not an extreme player btw but just thinking of ways to annoying OTK kael'thas XD
