I've been playing around a bunch with Faceless Manipulator + Sudden Genesis, and whilst I sometimes managed to combo people using the recruit mechanic, it wasn't consistent enough. However, with the new release, things are looking up.
We've got A LOT of burst in this deck. Things like killing off a hunter with 30 hp + 5 armor + Wandering Monster in one round with 4x Grommash Hellscream + Sul'thraze is hell of a feat and is now possible through the use of combos. Wanna know how I know? I just did it. 8-)
The big change here to make this deck work is Sul'thraze + Amani War Bear rather than playing Brawl. Brawl is neat and all, but it doesn't bring as much certainty in clearing as well as pressure, in comparison to these new cards. It also adds to Akali, the Rhino. I don't know about you, but a taunt+rush minion with 10/12 is hella versitile and hella scary.
I've thought long and hard about what to add do this deck and this might even be fully optimized at this point (with the exception of there always being potential for small changes towards competeing against certain tactics which everyone in the ladder plays at the moment).
With a bit of rambling, I'm proud to say that I finally made this deck viable. Exactly how viable I don't know just yet. That's part of the reason for me sharing this deck. I enjoy deck building more than grinding the ladder. With that said;
Do you mind trying the deck out for me and telling me what you think?
Feedback is more than welcome. Cheerios, thank you and good luck.
I just googled the term OTK, and claiming that this deck can kill your opponent in one turn would be a false statement. You can't kill the opponent in 1 turn due to setups being required. My apologies. It's still a good deck though. ;) Time for me to figure out how to change the topic.
Another release, another new deck. Let's go.

*CORRECTION*
For f*ck sake. No, I don't play Kobold Barbarian, I play Zola the Gorgon. I did a whoopsie.
Not understanding the OTK here, care to explain?
Tbh I seem to have made another whoopise.
