If you ask me, I'd say wait for the meta to even out. Don't wanna craft a deck that's decent now but stomped later more easily when the tiers are recognized.
Elemental Shaman and Elemental Handbuff Paladin are really fun decks. The Servant of Kalimos always discover a Kalimos or a Lightlord and the Stonehill Defender always discover Tirion, Tarim, etc. :D
The meta is in turmoil, just like every time after an expansion. It is too early to tell what decks will have longevity.
Right now, the most popular decks I'm facing on the ladder are Pirate Warrior, Quest Rogue, and OTK Quest Mage. It looks like those three decks will remain at least somewhat competitive.
However, people have also found success with a lot of other things, such as Zoo, Midrange Hunter, Murloc Shaman, and Quest Warrior.
With the new cards you opened, perhaps these can give some ideas - remember that decklists live multiple times a day at this point:
I opened a priest quest, the 3/3 plant, 7/7 shaman card and a golden shaman quest.
I need help trying to find a deck to play. Should I craft now or should I wait a week so the meta evens out?
All my decks are wild so I had to delete them all. I don't have a deck to play now. Thanks.
I've found shaman cards too. My advice is for now to wait a bit, meta needs to set up. Just use the cards you have and complete daily quest, then you'll see the best meta decks and, first of all, the ones among tier 1-2 that enjoy you more than the others (it's a game, we have to enjoy it!!). Here there's the link of an Elemental shaman I made (http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/793004-elemental-midrange-shaman-s37), it's based on Sjow's Elemental Shaman with some changes to use cards I've found and replace those i miss. Here (http://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/amazs-unite-murlocs-quest-shaman-april-2017-season-37/) you can find a good murloc quest shaman decklist (i don't have finja, i put another bloodlust and it works pretty well). If you have doubts or question, you can write me here in private messages or add me in battle.net (EU), i'll be happy to help you.
If you already have the legendary cards necessary for the decks you want to try out but just need to craft a few rares and maybe an epic or two, I'd say go for it. It really won't be that much dust. I would definitely hold off on crafting any of the quests or legendary cards unless you are sitting on a ridiculous amount of dust.
And since you dont have standart decks to play for now, my suggestion is discardlock. You can easily reach rank 5 with it, even if you use a list without new legendaries!
The meta is pretty crazy atm, so waiting is the safest option. However there are a lot of decks you can try out now if you like experimenting. Launch season is always my favourite time since I like to tinker, so I don't really mind wasting dust here or there on ultimately suboptimal crafts.
So far, quest rogue feels the strongest to me. It is insanely strong when it hits on all cylinders and it does that a lot. It does take some finesse to play the deck and it can have a bad hand from time to time. Miracle rogue with adventurer is also still good.
Quest Shaman is decently strong but has at least a bit more weakness than Rogue. Paladin can do a similar sort of murloc deck with good success, but it hasn't changed a lot with the new expansion, just rotated a few murlocs in the lineup.
Quest Warrior is decent. I'm still sorting it out. It's a little slow, but its finisher is nice and its cool to see a true taunt deck finally viable. I imagine there will be a lot of refinement to it.
Agro Hunter is not bad. I picked up a lot of low rank wins with it and there are a few ways you can build it and they all work decently. There isn't a lot of defense against straight agro in the current batch of meta decks.
Deathrattle / Quest Priest is a thing, but I'm not convinced it is a good thing. It is a little slow and akward, but it does have a lot of anti-meta tools compared to other decks. Silence is pretty awesome at the moment and they have the most of it.
I played some beast/token Druid. I won games, I lost games. I'm not sure if it's a good archetype or not. There are lots of ways to build it including as a Quest Deck. I've not seen much consensus on the build like I have with the other quest decks.
Mage is out there, but I'm not sure it has gelled yet. Lots of tools, not a lot of synergy. The OTK decks have a lot of counters, but they are one of the few that has a chance at fouling up Rogue Quest and beating it via good play rather than just lucking out.
I can't make anything in Warlock work right now.
Paladin's quest seems both too hard and not rewarding enough. I dusted mine to make the Shaman Quest. I think Paladin is viable overall though, losts of good ways to use their hand buff now. It's just not clear if any of them are truly competition worthy.
Elemental shaman and mage seem viable though I've not seen a really dominant version. I've lost to them and beaten them in about equal measure. Again, I think folks are still dialing into that.
Not much word on old dech archetypes. A lot was lost that was key to many of them in subtle ways. Pirate warrior is the exception, it's kicking around just fine, though some of the new decks can counter it pretty well. The new taunts are strong medicine against PW and there is more healing available. I can say that Dragon Priest is rather gutted in that it lost its low cost and taunting dragons. This takes away its early curve almost entirely. All the jade decks should still work, but they all lost some important support cards they leveraged before. Agro shaman should still be out there, but frankly I have not seen it played once so far and I have not tried to build it.

Elemental Shaman, Pirate Warrior, Quest Warrior, Zoolock, beast Hunter, Quest Druid, and even Murlocadin have done well for me. The only deck ive tried that fell completely flat is Quest Mage. There might be a good deck fo it but I'm not the guy to find it- i set records in loss streaks.
New biggest cancer is quest rogue. If he has good tempo, you are doomed, last game I tried quest mage with antonidas and rogue destroyed me on turn 5 I guess with 3 stonetusk boars (15 dmg in face for 3 mana).
Furthermore, I have only 2 decks so far: Ele sham and quest mage, can't pull a single win with mage, but with shaman I am 10 - 3, from 19 to 14.
I've played the Antonidas quest mage for probably 30-35 games so far with a mostly positive win rate. I've managed to go 50/50 with quest rogues but it's definitely a tough matchup and one where you often need to use your Warp Gate without having the whole combo together. I have yet to lose against an elemental shaman, quest warrior, quest priest or handlock but have a very difficult time with any murloc deck, most zoo decks, aggro secret mage and silence priest (not even kidding). Hunter is mostly negative but I've pulled off a few wins against them.
@OP: If you generally look for the top tier decks each season and play to perfect those with minimal wasted dust, you should definitely just wait to craft things. Quest Rogue is definitely an obvious contender for best deck so it's probably a fairly safe craft, but you can just play pirate warrior and feast on all the rogues, hunters and quest mages out there as most of those matchups are autowins. If you're fine with playing T2 and lower decks or just enjoy goofing around with random decks, you really can't go wrong with the majority of the quests as I've seen functional decks centered around all of them. Just pick whichever one you like the best (for me it was Warlock and Mage), craft the quest and have fun playing the deck.

I am using a modified priest quest N'Zoth deck and 21-5 now. Seems to work pretty well, but I am still making some changes.

Just play Pirate Warrior if you really need some more gold. Kappa.

You should wait to spend your dust.

Thanks. I will wait until next week before crafting or playing.
