The full list of rules and restrictions was long and can be found in the Submission Topic. Ritual Blade looks legit. Just not feeling the rest.
I'm kinda surprised Murozond was allowed into the final. It really seems like it runs afoul of the wording restrictions for this competition. It's a very unconventional effect (which would be fine in other competitions), but it's the kind of thing that makes you go "What does that mean, exactly?" after you read it. I thought that was what the rules were trying to avoid this time.

I'm voting for Ritual Blade. A lot of Forbidden cards, I'm bummed the top card on page 20, Forbidden Fruit, didn't make it.

We expected Murozond to be controversial, but after discussing it, we agreed that, while many could be initially confused by the questions its novely i vites, it was still clear and straightforward enough in intent when we actually started talking it out pracrically that we decided to be leniant about it. This was a decision that was going to be difficult and potentially controversial either way, and we understand folks not agreeing with our eventual decision.
In regards to Murozond; what would happen if I get kicked out of a game, log back in and resume the match? The history in these cases is absent. would using the card after reentering cause no affect? Just a thought.
That said, I think the card is very interesting and I've often wondered how a turn-rewind card may work.

Wow, honored to see that my card made it! Very cool.
Despite a lot of people's complaints about a few of these entries, I loved both competitions this week. I think 'Murozond' is good and valid enough entry, since a card like Yogg Saron with many unknown interactions not specifically referenced in the card text itself could only be figured through testing. While I'm not voting for the card, I agree on the mods decision for it to be allowed in the competition.
Some people are complaining about too many forbidden cards, but I am pleased with most of them here (and was looking forward to see what people would create), except for the 'Forbidden Hoarding', which is a card I have seen ALL over the Hearthstone community already, so I'm a little surprised no one has mentioned that yet.

It disappoints me most that none of the 10-cost minions in the poll has strong 'build around me' spirit.
THERE IS NO GAME.
What does Murozond's effect refer to?
Like, if I draw cards via Divine Favor and my opponent plays that, what happens? What if I already played the card?

I feel kind of dissappointed with the finalists of this competition. I feel like some of the most original entries weren't able to get through. It may be that the Forbidden mechanic doesn't appeal to me. Nevertheless, some of the cards here are of course great! I really like how Hakkar, the Soulflayer is presented, and Murozond, Lord of the Infinite is a really interesting card (even though it has a looong name).
I came up with my card thinking about the naga. The naga were created by N'Zoth, the Corruptor, and they use murlocs as slaves. You even get to help some murlocs free themselves in WoW! It is also known that the Old Gods sometimes battled among themselves, or at least their servants. So, what if a murloc got so tired of the naga that he allied with a different Old God? That's the Prophet of the Tides.
I remember seeing the Forbidden Hoarding card on the rating section of Hearthpwn during the start of the announcement of WoG, and I am not sure if it was PwnagePeanut who made the card, but if it wasn't that would be pretty sad..
Anyways, my personal favourite is Neltharion as it is extremely flavorful and is actually practical in the game.
Dug Too Deep also has good flavor and helps that type of Rogue cycle better. These two are getting my vote

I'm not as impressed with the cards as I usually am. Most of the cards seem like they don't belong in whispers or don't have much flavour to them. I mean I think the two cards I find the most interesting here is Murzond who has a unique concept and Ritual Blade which is simple and goes well with the set.
The Nexus comes to the Inn with my set of Heroes of the Storm Legendaries!
The kind of subtle trickery some people have posted here is just amazing. Using the phrases, "this doesn't follow the lore(lore, hearthstone, do you really want to go there?)", "my idea was better", "this shouldn't be here" and the word "I'm disappointing" really sickens me and gives me a headache.
Posting problems in favor of one self and then goes ahead to not even give any kind of solution doesn't lead anywhere and is just a waste of your own time, or worse, someone else time.
In case you don't know what you should post in a final competition pool thread is, well here is a fine example by me(which I came here to post int he first place):
I want to congratulate the finalists for this weeks competition and may the best card win! I'll see you in the next competition!
So please behave and think before you post something just like that, leave your "bad sportsmanship" thoughts out of it.
