Hey! I've had an account on hearthpwn for a while now, and I think that in general, it's very useful and helpful. However, I can't help but notice an issue with the way the community built decks work. If I'm correct, they are listed based on the number of upvotes the deck has recently gotten. Each deck also starts with +1 rating. My main problem with this is that if a single person downvotes the deck before anyone else upvotes it, the deck goes all the way to the last pages of the search engine. This happened to my shaman deck and it has gotten only 1 view ever since it was downvoted. It currently sits at 0 rating and at the last page on the search engine when you go to budget shaman decks. Is there any solution to this?
This is true if people are sorting by the hottest decks. Plenty of people also sort by new, to see what people are adding to the site. There's really no other way to do it, it's not like we can let a low score deck show up on the homepage :) It's also just very hard to get views to begin with because of the number of decks people are adding to the site. Just this past week I personally added over 300!
I recommend making a forum thread to talk about your deck in the relevant class forum. It can get more eyes on it and it can be a good place to get feedback to further improve it.
