Captain's Parrot suck.. The effect is so below average, the stat is poor being a epic card. Not to mention this birdy isnt a pirate TAG, but require a collection of pirate to be unlock thus making it non-synergy to them.

Imagine Old Murk-Eye not being a murloc.

Yeah, that's why rogue still suck
