I was playing wild secret hunter against an even shaman. I had a beautiful board set up which he proceeded to Devolve. Except when he devolved, it gave me Mimiron's Head, Target Dummy and one other mech. So at the start of my turn I got Voltron. Never had that happen before but its hilarious that the first time I see it is by some crazy fluke.
Threw together a mill deck with Tog's scheme and Daring Escape in wild for the tryhards who are just playing normal big priest or other refined and oppressive decks. Just destroyed a Cubelock by shuffling 20 coldlights back into my deck. What a game...
Was playing Thief Rogue in wild and had played Ice Block already. I only had a 1-cost Tess for a minion in my hand (from Luna's) and had Simulacrum. This allowed me to do an infinite combo of playing Tess every turn which copied the other Tess in my hand with Simulacrum and re-cast Ice Block along with all the other mage minions I had played before. Poor mage couldn't do anything about it and quit.
Healed around 60 health against an odd pally with healadin before finishing him off. The fool left up Kangor and I ended up getting a Benevolent Djinn tick, Rotten Applebaum deathrattle, and Lay on Hands + Flash of Light before he cleared it (another four health) and then Shirvallah into Zola for a second Shirvallah afterward. Satisfying to play a super random archetype and beat one of the best decks out there despite them drawing into everything they needed.
In Wild it's insane. Drop Cloaked Huntress followed by Subject 9 and the opponent doesn't know what hit them. Well, I say that, but they find out over the next turn or two...
I just hit legend with the deck in my signature. That card is killer in the deck, not only because it has the MC effect with Cloaked Huntress (except stronger!) but also because it thins the deck and allows you to get to DK Rexxar. Between that card, double Tracking and two Quick Shots, you can get through 13 of the cards in your deck which is insane...
Two of my last three games before hitting legend were against a pirate warrior. I used to loathe them but when you drop 4 3/3 wolves on the board, kill the 4/3 charges with Snipe, and block the weapon hits with Wandering Monsters, it just crushes their spirit. Such a fitting end to my push.
To add more pepper in, this was my first time hitting legend AND I went on a 22 game win streak at one point during the climb.
Been running a homebrew secret hunter in wild around rank 1 (which often had 3-5 secrets down at a time) and encountered and beat a pretty well-known wild streamer/player named RenoJackson three times as he was running a mage deck. I matched against him again and found he had tech'd in two Eater of Secrets pretty much exclusively for the matchup against me since there's almost no other secrets being played in wild. It's a good feeling knowing my deck shaped his choices!
Queued up against an emote spam odd pally as armor warrior. Had a fun time constantly whirlwinding his tokens with Blood Razor, using Reckless Fury to wipe an entire board Tarim-buffed recruits and getting obscene amounts of armor from Drywhisker. It was satisfying to give him the good old "Thanks" once I turned the tide and beat him.
Had an excellent experience with the tavern brawl. Played a Glinda/Banker Fatigue Warlock without Voidlords and feasted upon the meta decks. Managed to fatigue two Cubelocks and a Hadronox Druid, while absolutely destroying six odd and even paladins. I felt good about my losses because one was against a Cubelock that I misplayed against, the other was against a tempo mage that I haven't seen yet, and the final one was against an even pally that used synergies with the legendary weapon to get huge tempo. I love wrecking meta decks and am always willing to give a genuine "well played" (and sometimes a friend request) when I lose to people trying out crazy new things.
Playing my meme-y thief rogue in wild against a BMing netdecker Baku pally. He made terrible decisions with trades and I managed to pull off the win against him when he had a full board after first thanking him profusely. Guess who wanted to be my friend after that match?
Like Echo, I've been playing Molten Giant handlock for laughs. I've added Rin for the control matchups and just played a match against a Cubelock who Faceless'd my Rin immediately after I played it. Well, for some reason he decided his best bet was to try to race me to Azari despite the fact that he had Skull of the Man'ari down and no demons in hand. In addition to that, he was trading his demons into mine instead of ramming face (I was quite low) and forcing me to do the trades. Well this ended exactly as you would expect. We both got Azari on the same turn. I spent my turn playing Azari and then he got his Azari pulled by Skull, leaving my deck intact. I finished off his board with a Shadowflame and then he conceded which was absurdly satisfying as I can't stand that deck.
Climbed consistently this season to rank 7 wild with my Reno Mage but ended up hitting a wall there. I'm a very momentum-based player so I give up pretty quickly if I'm not doing well and rarely play more than 50 games per season seriously on the ladder. I wasn't interested in investing a ton of time to hit rank 5 but I had the 5 mage wins quest today and figured I may as well try to complete it on the ladder. I won my first two, both against murloc pally in pretty satisfying wins and was pretty happy with the results. Then I queued into a legend player for some reason. I guess he was gatekeeping or poaching a certain class because he conceded, giving me a free win. Then I matched with him again and he conceded again! Now I was only one win (with bonus star) off of hitting rank 5, so I queued again, getting matched up against a warlock.
The warlock played Unstable Ghoul on T2, so I was totally unsure of what he was playing. Sure enough, it ended up being a Renolock. He got his Mal'Ganis out fairly early and had a nice Kazakus potion, which gave him an edge. I tried to get the board back with some smaller minions and Frost Lich Jaina after clearing him, but he played Krul and got his Voidlord down. At this point, his life total was at 14. I had Pyroblast and Inkmaster in hand but pretty much no way of whittling him down. I played minions to stall, hoping I could draw into a spell generator and make another burn spell (as I had next to no burn in my deck). The warlock's response to my swarm of minions? Abyssal Enforcer! I sat there, praying he wouldn't use Doom Pact or Earthen Ring or the spellstone or any other way that warlocks can heal. He passes his turn and I Inkmaster + Pyro followed by a ping for the rank 5 win!
Had to deal with the hugest BM mill rogue I've ever seen. He managed to buff his weapon up huge and kept drawing things he needed. The dumbass assumed I'd play into his Cheat Death and constantly said thanks after every play. Well, instead I chose to ignore it the whole game and just went face. Eventually he couldn't put up with the constant pressure (I was playing Reno Mage so it's not even a huge pressure deck) and I managed to Pyroblast him in the face. I made sure to thank him profusely at the end of that match.

Just shuffled 16 corrupted bloods into a kingsbane rogue's deck. Won the game despite him having a 22 attack weapon with lifesteal.

He Blingtron'd and then used Togwaggle I think? That way he took the deck and got the Kingsbane from it. My guess at least

All of these assholes running face decks to farm deck testers yet I still managed to beat 2/3 face decks already with my Thief Rogue. So satisfying
