You'll only have 3 or 4 days for each ruleset, that's barely enough time to even build and post a deck. Why should top players who've "broken" the format share their decks straight away? Sure by day 3 or 4 you might have some pretty good decks posted on hearthpwn, but the brawl meta will continue to shift and that netdeck will always be running at only about 70-80% of its potential. Plenty of room to refine it yourself, or just do something else completely off the wall.
The format is going to be a real boon to deckbuilders, and hopefully will recapture that Week 1 insanity that happens whenever we get new cards.
