I am getting the same exact starting hand, mulligan, and same cards drawn each turn no matter how many times I repeat this round. Is this intended? WHY is it like this??
It is yes. The idea is that it's a puzzle you solve, not an RNG wall you just hit into however many times till you get lucky.
