I'd rather that they keep track of whether each player attacked first or second in the previous round and try to alternate that as much as possible, with a hard rule that you can't go first (or second) 3 matches in a row. A very similar logic is applied for example to pairings at open chess tournaments w.r.t white/black color.
These McCaw + Baron + Godrinn builds are extremely sensitive to who attacks first. I remember going up against a guy with such a build and my deck tracker's simulation gave each one a 50% chance to win (with a flat 0% chance of a tie) and expected average damage around 30-35 either way...
