I think it's often not perfect but their draw is so perfect that you couldn't tell. For example, if you have a 1,2,3, and four drop but the rest of your deck is 5 or higher, you might just get everything in the right order and be unstoppable. I had a guy with a singleton deck who got Zephrys the Great and bounced him back into their hand 3 times. Those bounce cards would be trash it he was the last card in that deck.
