Honestly the effect seems far too powerful for a 2 mana card with reasonable stats.
Fatespinner was 5 mana so it came down significantly later when some decks look to be closing out games. It could also have negative repercussions damaging all minions. This card has a 4+ mana effect attached to it and it would be almost auto win in some cases with the new innervate card alongside strong early drops.
So you think this should be 4 mana instead? Interesting
The effect is too powerful for 2 mana. It has almost no downside to playing it, it sounds fun trying to mindgame but ultimately there is no risk to the user only to the opponent. If they guess the 50% wrong, they lose. Against a 2 mana card,
It's easy to get a large board as aggro/treant druid - e.g. Gibbering, coin (spellblast summons Gibbering), Blazing Battlemage, Lightning Bloom (spellblast summons Gibbering) your treant card. 5 minions on turn 1. Opponent guesses it's the first effect kills it and loses on turn 2 because 4 minions have soul of the forest.
It needs to be a higher mana cost with worse stats per mana. Like 4 mana 3/3 or something

Guess you mean Animated Broomstick?
On another note it's always better to kill the other minions first if you aren't ignoring it.
Either A). 'maybe' they summon a 2/2 or B). they definitely summon a 2/2.
