I like the flavor of this card but I think this is strictly a meme card. One thing to note that is has the downside of locking your board, meaning in certain circumstances this could really hinder you and your opponent can take advantage of that if they can out heal the damage taken.
Token decks literally never feel bad about having a full board, even if they are mostly 1/1 tentacles.

First, let's deal with the worst case: You have an empty board and opponent has several minions. We must all try to remember that that's a situation you are actively trying to avoid the entire game. If that's where you find yourself, you're already in big trouble, and what you need is a comeback card.
This is not a comeback card. This is a card for when you've been able to contest the board -- you've probably traded the last of your minions into opponent's minions to mostly clean up the other side of the board. That is NOT an uncommon state to be in, especially for token decks, and that is when you would want to play this card.
It's going to be tough removing this AND the six tokens it generates. Usually, the opponent is going to have to pick one or the other, and it's pretty scary either way.
The only way to deal with this cleanly is something like Plague of Death, in which case it never really mattered what you did on your turn.
