That's not a typo. Since it's a proper name, Malygos' and Malygos's are both acceptable.
On the card: I like it a lot. The spells you get are so good it doesn't matter if you lose tempo or what. Might be the return of some variant of minion-mage.
Correct. Most Americans would add a syllable when pronouncing Malygos's, so it only makes sense to write it. Most style guides say that adding the s is correct. It is common practice to leave off the s after historical names (esp. Jesus) or when the name ends with a "z" sound (when it is less likely to be pronounced).
