It will seem broken until you play it as a two mana card draw one card spell enough times. The odds of drawing this card early plus a dragon early aren't high enough for it to be broken. That being said, a good card.
Via Mulligan, easy. Dragon Synergy has been around since Blackrock and fulfilling the condition was never a problem. There is a 1-cost dragon for priest and a 2-drop for Warrior with the condition and and in the Blackrock meta they were good cards.
Everyone chill tf out. Druid hasn't had good ramp in a while, which is part of it's class identity. It's druid's turn to be good, just like how every other class has a dominant phase. I guarantee that everyone whining about it being broken only plays quest shaman.
Nope, I play only Wild where Quest Shaman is a low tier deck.
I also don't think this card will change the wild meta without any really broken dragons to accompany it.
Still, this card is broken. Straight upgrade from pre-nerf Wild Growth as the condition is completely irrelevant in a Dragon deck.
Dragon Decks and their "if you are holding..." mechanic exist since the Blackrock Mountain Adventure, and I can tell you, triggering the condition was NEVER, absolutely never a problem. Typically they are always active in a dedicated deck.
So this card is indeed over the top powerful.
