I think it's less broken than it looks. You need to run quite a few dragons to have this consistently active turn 2, and most of the dragons in standard are kind of bad. That said, if highlander teaches us anything, it's that making your deck trash for the sake of 1 or 2 broken cards is a perfectly valid strat. I'm expecting this to see play.
How a 4/X for 4 manas that see a lot of play before and a 4/8 taunt for 6 manas get another dragon is "making your deck trash"?
How often do you have more than 4-5 cards in hand by turn 4 (or 3) as Druid? Chillwind yeti is not a good card. 1 more health would not make Yeti a good card. Twilight Drake usually sees play in classes with arcane intellect, or classes with life tap. Otherwise it's usually just a yeti. You're right about the 4/8. That's very good card, but I didn't know it existed when I made my post.
