The official word from the Devs on this is that the Innkeeper has been broken due to Blizzard changing the way the game works behind the scenes and needs a significant rewrite. That is still in the process of being looked at. When there is further news to announce we will make sure to let people know.
Any news on when Innkeeper might be working again?
Sorry, I've not heard much further on this other than that it is in development for a fix. I realise that is somewhat ambiguous as an answer and I totally appreciate how frustrating that probably is. As a moderator, I can only continue to quiz the staff to ask the Devs for info and relay back any answers as I receive them on this.
I will raise the synching issue with the devs - though I am sure they are likely already aware of them. But just in case ;-) There are often problems that occur when the game is updated, especially if there are a lot of new changes.
not true its not been 100% working for 7 morths still missing last adventure and last exp...

I have some troubles with Innerkepper.. some times sync work and some times not..
Same for me. Tried to reinstall inkeeper and also Heartstone but it did not help.
I will pass a note to the Devs to see if there are any known issues causing the problem.
A quick note from the Staff regarding the synching issues:

Hello there, so i have opened HS and i wanted to upload collection into Inkeeper and it appllied patch for 30 mins, i closed it and 2 days later i opened it again, still showing applying patches, weird, it takes a lot of time and doesnt do anything, any solution about this or should i uninstall and install?
The Devs have recommended doing the following to fix the issue: "Uninstall, then clear out the related folder in AppData\Local\Innkeeper or AppData\Roaming\InnkeeperUI"

The Devs are aware of the issue - the recent Hearthstone Patch appears to have caused a problem with the synching. There is a fix being worked on for this. :-)
We know that a lot of you have been anxious for news about the state of The Innkeeper and when he was likely to be rejuvenated for a valiant return.
The HearthPwn devs have been hard at work getting him back on his feet once more and (as some keen, eagle-eyed members of the forums have spotted and pointed out), he is finally back with us!
You can download a copy of The Innkeeper directly at: www.innkeeper.com Alternatively, if you have it installed already, it should synchronise and update automatically for you.
The Devs are aware of some small, lingering issues that are still yet to be ironed out - most noticeably with the deck tracking functionality when it comes to cards shuffling into your deck - so it's technically still in beta at this time, but we were really keen on getting something workable to you as soon as possible!
If you do happen to encounter any bugs features, or have any other suggestions for the Innkeeper, then please let us know either here in this thread or in the Innkeeper Feedback section of the forums.
