So now that Plot Twist is a thing, how do we proceed? I mean, even if we were to run a number of Deathrattles this is still just a one time 10-mana combo that leaves you with (potentially) a nice board, but how do you win if that doesn't seal the deal?
I'm thinking maybe you could try and force a Deadman's Hand kind of deck where you attempt to get both copies of Plot Twist and both copiesAugmented Elekk and basically shuffle infinite amounts of Elekks and Plot twists to avoid fatigue, in combination with board clears and healing of your choice.
Betrug could act as some sort of an emergency board clear, but at that point you might as well just run Nether instead. The main problem in that strategy would be that once you use the Betrug combo you can no longer go infinite, so in theory you'd have to have Betrug on the board already for that to work.
TL;DR Betrug works with Plot Twist, but how do you actually win the game with it?
Well mainly a big swing vs midrangish deck to win the game ... vs control deck like Warrior who can clear a full board several time sure Betrug cant win you games everytime, but still usually you claim the board with big threat and some value you have the right minion. Actually Control Warlock have a lot of WinCon now. Ekk + Plot twist for fatigue, Rafaam is a cool Wincon, good old Jaraxus vs somedeck (well you can Rafaam him anyway in unplayable matchups) , and this card.

Really a Plot Twist lol
if you draw a minion, that the main problem
the deck wanna use this card will be Controlish Warlock which have quite a lot of spell. IF you play this turn 10 and tap a spell, well...
