I was just paying someone. Every time they summoned Blood-Queen Lana'thel, she had taunt (They had like 4 of them in their hand). It took me 3 mobs to kill these 5/6 lifesteals each time and they'd zoom back up in life. It was brutal.
I wasn't paying attention to how they did this and am now trying to figure out how.
