He made it into the Top 15. I doubt he played this deck to exclusion in doing so. I doubt he played this deck the majority of those matches.

Edit: Just tried a couple of games, I mulliganed my opening hand of 6+ cards, to get another hand of 5+ cards 2 games in a row.  Lost to rush decks.

Exactly. Deck posters are, 95% of the time, overestimating the strength of their deck. Or the only sample size they are using is after a series of matches against their seven year old sibling.

And his screenshots, if not against his little sister, are likely against the AI.
