Swaping glacial shard proved to be a mistake. So i cut x1 Saronite for earthshock. The result were good, now i have one more weapon for early game snowball minions and its useful vs lock.
Got from 15 0 stars to 12 1 star with 75% wr, the deck is performing well and the ladder s full of paladins/spiteful that this deck is strong vs. I can only play a few games per day but i keep trying to get to 10 with a custom deck.
Yes, i have to try. There are 3 silences available to shaman:
- Earthshock, Owl and spellbreaker. Earthshock can help with mages, taunt druid and taunt warrior too. The owl provides a body also, but cost 3, it will only help vs heavy control decks, as same as spellbreaker but this one is a solid 4 mana body.
I might try to swap glaciar shard for an earthshock and check how it goes for now.
Im winning good matches with the deck. I like it, and i think i will be able to pilot to rank 10.
The corridor + unstable combo happens a lot more often than what i thought.
Current strenghts:
- Odd pala: IT EATS ODDPALAS ALIVE! Corridors and giants gets buffed by oddpala hp.
- Rogues: Its very favorable vs all kind of rogues. If you can trigger a sap, they doesnt have defense for all the minion horde.
- Spiteful decks: Your deck is faster, and can cheat big minions as big as theirs. You need mana tide help, and rockbiter on early hand helps to clear the cleric. Be careful with duskbreaker, always remember to not over control the board as he can wipe it entirely.
Current weakness:
- Taunt warrior: I will be honest, i won a fair amount of matches, but its all luck. If you draw the big guys on time you win, if not, you lose. Doomhammer is mandatory.
- Cubelock: Same as warrior, you cant bypast the taunt wall, you need your big guys. But warlock has a lot more removal, its a heavy matchup.
This is the last deck i will try with shaman this expansion i think.
I made earlier a shudderwock aggro deck, but it wasnt working, and shudderwock was more a liability than an ok card. So i took him out and all the cards used to buff him, to make this new variant of aggro shaman.
This deck tries to push big minions with an aggresive playstyle that is as fast as oddpaladin. The idea, pull out lots of minions, abuse Sea Giants or Corridor Creepers.
Combo: Corridor + Unstable, can give you something unfair on turn as less as 3 or 4. Cauldron + Primalfin, it gives lots of nice buff for an aggro deck, its a card that im loving and normally the enemy has to decide between killing the cauldron or manatide or primalfin.
Finisher: Wide board with bloodlust. Unstable Combo. Rockbiter + Doomhammer.
Currently Rank 14 65% WR, i will try to get to 10 with this.
