are you serious - there is no way to win with it any other matchups
Hey, you are the one saying there are no other options to win against quest mage. Just because the deck isn't top tier doesn't mean it still doesn't act as an effective counter.
Top-notch high win rate or better win rate against decks you don't like. Pick one.
I'm ready to discuss only playable decks,
my initial statement meant to be "it is getting less and less interesting for me to play ranked" and i think that the problem is a huge amount of OP cards available, decks used to contain 80% of cards that suck more or less, now we've got 15+ op cards in each deck, what reduced importance of thinking in favor of good luck
Well then expect to continue to lose many of those match-ups. Unless you're priest there is no near perfect deck to beat everything with, while maintaining a high winrate.
Doesn't rogue have a better win rate right now? Serious question, I thought it did.
it's hard countered by token druid as long as you tech tar and saronite (the more defencive version) it's why aggro druid does well at legend IMO.
RNG from draws kills me, and the stagnant meta changes due to long gaps in releases (which cant be helped) really suck the last two months of every cycle
I've been back since October this year, and I'm already sick of playing the same 2 decks. I kept myself interested in old gods by having 5+ decks. the "stale" meta doesn't bother me as much as I feel it constantly evolves (in micro doses), but only playing the same deck for months is what gets old to me.
It's too late now to build new decks as well so really have to just stick it out for a few weeks.
It's so fun, seeing a poll made to thrash the state of the game, when most of the votes says otherwise.
i'm absolutley not surprised with poll results
i'm clearly understand that there are lots of people who don't know math and just love to drop a huge Yogg-Saron, Hope's End and laugh watching him killing themselves while drinking a beer.
LoL. I played a yogg-trap hunter in old gods, it was a ton of fun. killed me more than it won me games :D
Tempo Rogue - no skill needed - just draw a prince
Just yesterday, I was in a mirror match with Tempo Rogue. He had the coin.
Turn 1, he got double Keleseth with a Shadowstep.
I never drew my Keleseth.
I won that game.
You are incorrect about Tempo Rogue, and probably the other archetypes as well.
exactly. with zoo at least you just play like zoo, keleseth is just a bonus.
also throw a bunch of taunts at tempo rogue and it fails. I've found out recently that a taunt-based agro deck with destroy tempo rogue quite frequently.
Tempo Rogue - no skill needed - just draw a prince
Yeah, it'a all about Prince right? But according my statistic i'v played prince less than a 50% of all game on Tempo Rogue. Just don't draw him. But my wr >68%. Sure it's all about prince.
prince isn't needed to win with any tempo deck IMO. It just helps.
btw, wasn't having a go or being a dick, simply stating that if the meta was all control, it would get extremely boring IMO. Same would go for any archtype though.
another player claiming that tempo and agro decks are "braindead" because it doesn't take half an hour to play a round.
You can easy mess up with these decks as well... the game would completely alienate newer players if there were not decks that were easier to pick up. Most control and combo decks take a lot of practice.
as a newer player, I love tempo decks... playing against control is often really boring, they take forever to make the simplest plays as they really have to consider like 3 moves ahead. This is good and all, but some of us are trying to blast through as many games as possible.
a varied meta is a good meta. I am seriously not looking forward to a control only meta, the games will take way too long IMO.
