electra is a great card, but not important to really decide matches. zentimo is more memy atm, it seems. houndmaster definitely is a safe craft, because he rocks in any deck that is not a beast hunter deck. he has more impact than electra, if you ask me. no idea how s9 is doing, but s9 is *very* meta dependent, so i don't like the card at all. secret paladin & s9? maybe. flark? yeah, it's great right now, but it used to be trash and it easily can fall out of favor again. would not advise crafting him.
.....
Electra has turned out to be great. Using her in one of my control decks, I used her tonight to cast visions twice, get rain of toads and blood lust :D cast rain of toads for free and totem up (I already had a totem and electra down)
dude takes out one of my frogs I think, I blocked his oondasta/king kush combo then get lethal next turn with the blood lust.
I don't know how I was living without this card before. She can completely close out games alone based on the combo with visions. I had Krag'wa loaded up and ready to give me stuff back as well rather than go lethal with the blood lust if things had went a different way... also had a hex in hand and removal and magic power totem up etc. had loads of ways to move for ward.
I definitely rate electra pretty high now I've seen the impact she can have on a game, especially a game that was about swing for my opponent if I'd not rolled rain of frogs there. being able to double discount it meant I could also play it as well. Yeah man, use this card if you play shaman.
you won't always be lucky with visions. plus electra plays surely *feel* powerful, but the fact that you need to pay 3 mana extra to double your spell is a hefty price to pay in many occasions (which is rewarded by leaving a 3/3 body behind). Nonetheless glad for you that you enjoy her :)

as for zuljin i would rather advise to go the spell-midrange hunter version, i myself enjoy it a lot and it's good. can even outfatigue elysiana warriors if you can be careful with your resources.
if you crafted a lot for shaman it might be good to pursue the route and go with electra & farsights. that way you should always have cards to play the strongest shaman deck around. plus at this very moment it seems it's a card you can make very good use of. but note that most of the time electra just feels like you had another copy of the spell in hand that you copied. but then you leave a 3/3 on the board. which really is great, but you rarely combine her with a spell that costs less than 3 mana, so for turn 6+ that effect is just not that huge. and unlike godfrey, if combined with board clears, she dies usually as well. so ... nice to have, won't affect your win rates too much.
if you wanna be flexible then i personally can recommend shaw more than electra - he is a huge threat on the board if left unchecked. right now decks with masters call do very well, but i guess he is being run in mech hunters. and he will be an auto include in any non-spell non-beast hunter deck to come, because his effect is just one the strongest that had ever been attached to such a strong and solid body, i.e., even on curve this card is just great.

I wouldn't say that Hagatha is obvious.... Sure she can generate a lot of value, but it's quite a grasp. You lose a lot of tempo and basically give up on ever establishing a board again. So basically you hope that she gives you spells that can go face. in wild, however, most control decks should not have trouble to outvalue the value gain that hagatha provides and stabilize....

I think there is a total valid point in comparing the decks - in the sense of making a comparison, not in "they are very similar" :)
so ... comparing SA druid with DH warlock and nagalock: all these are decks that feel/felt frustrating to lose against. nagalock is probably the weakest of them. SA druid was very powerful and could be defeated by either being extreme aggro or armoring up hard. SA druid was extremely consistent. DH warlock: it has less protection against aggro than SA druid. it kinda needs to highroll against aggro, because having >6 hp left by turn 5/6 can be wishful thinking. it can go off faster and it's even more immune to disruption than SA druid was. Consistency is an issue, though, to be fair. You *need* DH and BB in hand by turn 5/6.
I can't tell how good it is from personal experience as i don't have the cards nor do i want to craft nerubian unravelers. Roffle says he quite underestimated the deck and it's quite strong. ConcernedMom hit #1 with it, Hijo hit #1 with it - it's definitely good. I mean, those are skilled players, but since it's a highroll deck, skill does not make a huge difference, right?
So once there is a very refined list, this might be a highroll deck with >50% winrate (dunno what the winrate is at legend) unless the meta shifts towards countering this (by being more aggressive).
.... sorry for all that, I actually think we should maybe keep the conversation out of this thread. If anyone is interested in continuing this, we should have a different thread. I think we are at a moment where this has nothing to do anymore with the crafting guide :D

I crafted Betrug for wild and I don't regret it. He's extremely good in cubelock as you can pull him out with voidcaller or skull. Sense demons is something you play in wild cubelock anyway and plot twist doesn't hurt it much. Unlike in standard, he has a lot of powerful pulls: doomguards have charge instead of rush, voidcaller and voidlord have deathrattles. Wild has a lot of other powerful deathrattles you can experiment with like Sylvanas. You can also cube something instead of letting it die at the end of turn. The deck took me to rank 5 today
I've seen him played in the darkest hour deck too. I don't think darkest hour warlock is strictly superior to cubelock either. If you don't highroll an early combo and miss pulling your neurbian unraveler, an AOE can wipe out all your threats. Unlike big priest, you can't res your big dudes and once they're gone, they're gone. A non-greedy cubelock also has much better consistency; the darkest hour deck is prone to a lot of bad hands. Remember nagalock back in the day? Naga is a one card combo but this new one is 3 cards to combo on 5 or 2 cards to combo later
He does not really fit well into DH. I haven't seen much DH, but more and more pro wild players get convinced that DH is actually really strong. Consistency is the main problem. Less consistent than star aligner druid, but it can go off sooner. I am confident we will find the deck in tier 1 in the next VS wild report. And the one after that it might be tier S. One of the main reason it might be underperforming is that the deck is not yet well refined (like people putting betrug in it), but it will get there. if you have BB and DH in your hand at some point, match is probably over (because you have also so many 1/1 demon generator-cards, you do not really need to fish for them and you can sometimes play them on curve as well, possibly getting your combo one turn earlier if your opponent does not deal with the board).
I also believe now more and more that we will see a nerf. My guess is bloodbloom. Just a matter of time.

blastmaster boom is clearly great in bomb warrior. but only there. and even then i fear it might not even be a top top notch card. after encountering 7-8 bom bwarriors i have yet to lose against that archetype with midrange hunter (but not playing ranks 5-legend, though).
The thing is that "bomb" warrior is not really an archetype, but rather a package that can fit into many different decks. But yes, he might get demoted and has fallen off in winrate, but I still think he is still a clear tier 1 craft.
makes sense. I don't have thaaaat much experience and atm i play only one deck on ranked play and dr boom not being great against it is a very narrow view. thanks for all the updates, it seems many legends are quite underperforming.

As for tier 3: that is all up to you, because you do all the work and we are just happy :)
putting standard cards in one subsection: as long as there are still the icons that identify the set - I think they add a lot of organizational value. separating standard and wild only makes sense, not sure it's really needed. But I am rather indifferent about that part.

lol :D aluneth surely needs some sharpening though ;)
tiers: cards in general are hard to judge. as one needs to judge a card not only upon what it does if it is played, but also whether it's fine to draw just into it. like deathwing: this is an amazing last effort card. wins many games without being played. same with guldan: dead card until turn 10, but if you survive that long he might not be needed. and if he comes down, he usually turns the tide very hard. there is just one card that i absolutely cannot accept in tier 2 and that's putricide. to me that card is at best tier 4 - and rather leaning to tier 5 than tier 3 ;)

- The Boomsday Project (Wild ranking) Kangor's Endless Army* - Staple in mech paladin. Mecha'thun* - Win condition in warlock, druid and priest decks. Stargazer Luna* - Staple in odd, tempo and murloc mage, good winrate. Subject 9* - There are more secrets in wild, but is slightly weeaker than in Standard. The Soularium* - Good card in strong zoo decks, but can be replaced.
are some of these not maybe too high ranked? I am not sure i have ever seen zuljin in wild. he might be decent, though. not sure. kangor's army neither, though i played mech pala for fun myself already. but the deck is far from strong, so i definitely would not list kangor as T2. especially if you play this card, it's a last outcry to somehow turn the tables... luna is played a lot => totally T2. subject 9 sees play in secret hunter, but that deck is also far from strong. wouldn't think this is T2 either. might be wrong here. soularium could be T2, but i usually don't encounter zoo. KFT cards: guldan appears rather often and has quite some impact if played. he could be T1, maybe? though not a complete staple, he is usually not played in evenlocks. rexxar, anduin and malfurion seem T2 - with malfurion close to being T1 (and rexxar not really being too strong). taldaram: probably. like you said, can be replaced. has anti synergy with sense demons. but great burst potential. professor putricide: i think i have never seen this card being played by anyone, opponents, streamers, ..... this cannot be T2, can it? i doubt it, that card is really not good enough for wild... (even if you can combo it with 0 cost secrets) prince liam i think is also usually not making the cut in wild odd paladin. it has anti synergy with divine favor. Despite the deck it is in (odd pala) performing well, i have my doubts liam itself performs well. Rather loatheb. and i am not sure there's space for 2 5/5 minions in that deck.
summary: i personally (just my humble opinion) think that guldan belongs to T1, while kangor's army, liam and especially putricide are not T2 at all. with zuljin, subject 9, soularium and taldaram i have some doubts for T2 classification, but i am quite unsure about these.

If you play primarily on NA, but also on EU, then maybe you are interested in cross-server trading? Whenever I get the 80g quest on NA I would love to give it away and get it on EU in return. If you'd like a long-lasting trade routine, drop me a message here on hearthpwn!

makes sense. I don't have thaaaat much experience and atm i play only one deck on ranked play and dr boom not being great against it is a very narrow view. thanks for all the updates, it seems many legends are quite underperforming.

blastmaster boom is clearly great in bomb warrior. but only there. and even then i fear it might not even be a top top notch card. after encountering 7-8 bom bwarriors i have yet to lose against that archetype with midrange hunter (but not playing ranks 5-legend, though).

As for tier 3: that is all up to you, because you do all the work and we are just happy :)
putting standard cards in one subsection: as long as there are still the icons that identify the set - I think they add a lot of organizational value. separating standard and wild only makes sense, not sure it's really needed. But I am rather indifferent about that part.

lol :D aluneth surely needs some sharpening though ;)
tiers:
cards in general are hard to judge. as one needs to judge a card not only upon what it does if it is played, but also whether it's fine to draw just into it. like deathwing: this is an amazing last effort card. wins many games without being played. same with guldan: dead card until turn 10, but if you survive that long he might not be needed. and if he comes down, he usually turns the tide very hard.
there is just one card that i absolutely cannot accept in tier 2 and that's putricide. to me that card is at best tier 4 - and rather leaning to tier 5 than tier 3 ;)

are some of these not maybe too high ranked?
(even if you can combo it with 0 cost secrets)
prince liam i think is also usually not making the cut in wild odd paladin. it has anti synergy with divine favor.

Your guide, right now, might be the best source for both standard and wild crafting advice!
many thanks for all the effort!
