Looking for advice. I've got a Zoo Warlock that's just a Keleseth & Leeroy short of being complete. Not bad for a F2P only about 6 weeks into the account. Anyway, I've got a tonne of legendaries, some of which are T4-5. I appreciate the new expansion is coming out soon, but I'd really like to get Keleseth in at the very least for two reasons. a) He'll boost the deck massively, b) the clock is ticking on him, only 8+ months to go in standard so if I'm gonna craft him I better pull the trigger.
I've done my research (here and elsewhere) and to my knowledge my best practice would be to dust legendaries that are a) tier 4-5 currently, b) are in verrrry expensive decks that I'm not likely going to be able to craft any time soon, & (most importantly) c) NOT part of the Classic rotation so I'm not dusting a card that I'm going to pick up in rotation again. Witchwood could be partially excused from that list because I am playing Arena for my packs - once the new expansion comes out I won't be opening WW packs anymore.
So.....I've got the following that qualify:
Arfus Dragon Soul (liked the card, tried to get it to work, nup!) Hemet (I'm on the fence with him, if I unpacked a Shudderwock in the next few weeks then mayyyybe, but nahhhhh)
Sadly my most recently legendary was King Mukla - fine pile of steaming dung that card is!! But knowing my luck I dust him and the next Classic leg I unpack will be him again.
I've already got 855 dust so I only need to dust the two to get Keleseth. I think it's a good idea and will probably go ahead with the plan in a few hours unless someone screams at me NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
You're fine to dust Arfus. I'm sure I don't really need to explain why. Maybe if it was a Battlecry instead, he might find some play. But Deathrattle is just terrible.
As for the other two.. that's actually a really hard choice. A lot of people are going to tell you to dust the Dragon Soul, but it's still new. And I can't help but hope it becomes useful later on. But I suppose, being in the situation you're in and your craving for Keleseth, I'd go ahead and drop that Dragon Soul. Hemet can be pretty useful, especially if you do find yourself in possession of a Shudderwock sometime down the track.
Also, just for some irony... I dusted my first Mukla aswell. And pulled him again later on. Do what you will with that information haha. But more seriously, feel free to dust him too. The odds of you pulling him again are very slim.
Thrall should never be a Tier 5 card. There's just not enough people trying new things with him, when the fact is it's actually a fantastic card for a cheap cost.
The weapon IS trash. I've had it in my Spell deck from the very beginning, and not once has it won me the game. Every single win I had was due the rest of the deck.
Putricide (I have high hopes for him in the future, but if needing that 400 dust for another deck, I suppose he's worth dropping.)
Elise the Trailblazer, I really don't understand the hype of this card. I personally think it takes a bit too long to get her value, but with how much card draw is available with some classes, you could probably put her to use somewhere.
The Curator, as I write this my mind changes. 7 Mana for Taunt and draw two. I've been focusing a lot more on Wild lately just because there's so much more variety. So it's probably worth keeping a lot of Wild cards.
Anyway! In conclusion to my confusing paragraph, dust the top four and Putricide. And as for the decks you wish to make, that's completely up to you. Do you have any idea of what you would like to make? Has anything stood out recently that looks cool/fun to you?
Master Oakheart for my taunt druid or umbra for my cubelock?
Master is really necessary in taunt druid?
Which is more essential in big spell mage? Baron Geddon, Alexstrasza or Sindragosa
Oakheart definitely isn't needed for Taunt Druid. In fact I find it more of a hindrance than a help. I crafted Umbra for my Cubelock ages ago. It's good at turn 9 or after. Playing it turn 4 before your Lackey is just asking for a wasted resource. It goes fine without it though.
As for Big Spell, I've only just started playing myself, but I've been doing perfectly fine without any of those three. Baron Geddon seems like the most logical choice though. And Sindragosa adds value and fun.
Ok, so thanks to the nerfs which will happen by the end of this month, I will have roughly 7120 dust to spare.
Not long ago I asked some people here what they think about Kingsbane. I still haven't crafted this deck yet and I still plan to do it, but after I watched Dane's video, I got amazed by the Shudderwock shenanigans and I want to try out similar shaman decks.
So in your opinion what's the most pleasing one. I already have a lot of strong cards and thus I have many competitive decks to choose from, so the viability factor isn't that important to me regarding the abovementioned craft.
kthx
Opinion-wise... Kingsbane is boring. Shudderwock is extremely pleasing and to be honest, puts a huge smile on my face every time it goes off. I'd go with the Jabberwocky and craft that Grumble.
Hoping for some advice. I have Baku, and most of the other pieces for Odd Paladin. I have 4000 dust. Should I craft what I need to to finish up Odd Paladin (Corridor Creepers, Level Up!, etc.) or craft Rhok'delar and Deathstalker Rexxar for Spell Hunter? Or something else? What would you do? I'm F2P so whichever deck I choose I'm stuck with till the next expansion. Thanks!
Don't craft Rhok'delar. 99% of the time it's just a dead card in hand. Spell Hunter runs perfectly fine without it. I'd wait a week or two longer to see if Odd Paladin stays at the top.
You're fine to dust Arfus. I'm sure I don't really need to explain why. Maybe if it was a Battlecry instead, he might find some play. But Deathrattle is just terrible.

Master Oakheart is most definitely not a staple in Taunt Druid. If anything it runs smoother without him.
Thrall should never be a Tier 5 card. There's just not enough people trying new things with him, when the fact is it's actually a fantastic card for a cheap cost.

If you've got spare dust after crafting the cards you want for other decks, it's worth crafting Rexxar for Spell Hunter.
