Maiev Shadowsong is defintiely NOT tier Tier 1. Even HL Hunter most refined lists, including Grandmasters, already cut her. In the current meta she's at best Tier 3.
Teron Gorefiend should drop to Tier 2. Eggs and Teron got completely replaced with the Charge version with Kor'kron and Grom, and the high legend ones that also pack Greenskin and Deathwing for the mirrors.
For Tier 2:
Evocation to drop from Tier 2 to 3. It's not a staple in Highlander and Spell Mage is currently very weak (Tier 4 winrate stats).
Valdris and Zzeraku should also be demoted to Tier 3. No one is running those cards.
Priest, Hunter and Shaman quests should also fall to Tier 3, if not 4. You may still find some Ress Priests at very low levels, but Gala or Highlander Priest are the archetypes to go for the class. Shaman is dead (the same reason to also demote Vessina) and no one is also playing Quest Hunter. Amet as well should drop to 3. It's not played even in HL Priest.
Kael'thas should drop to Tier 3. DH Combo is gone, and Spell Druid replaced him with Ysera.
Grommash Hellscream should move to Tier 1. It's a staple in Warrior decks now and a finisher win condition.
Chef Nomi and Catrina Murte to drop to tier 3. No one is using them anymore.
Ysera Unleashed close to Tier 1 as recently at high Legend Spell Druid returned with full force with a new build and her being core. Probably still too soon, but one to keep an eye on.
Tier 3
Believe it or not, the Warlock Quest is all the rage right now in Grandmasters and high legend with a build including both Alexes and Malygos to OTK. At the very least it's a Tier 2 card now, with potential to be 1.
Warrior is definitely a Tier 1 class with tier 1 decks. High Legend is flooded with it, be variations with Teron/Eggs, Bombs or Grom, and the deck was a constant factor in these 2 weeks of Grandmasters, and all variations use Ancharr as a key card.
However, it's a hard deck to pilot, which makes it not super popular and more so with a card (Ancharr) that was recently nerfed and most people have dusted it.
The deck farms DH, and at least goes even with Rogue even with Gala highrolls. Gallon hit #1 with it. BoarControl, Monsanto, NoHandsGamer, and many others were inside at least #10 with the deck.
Warlock really fell by the wayside, no one is playing Galakrond Warlock anymore, the only Warlocks you see are the highroll Zoo Scrap Imp ones.
Ancharrr is definitely Tier 1 now, it's a staple of any Warrior variation currently.
Galakrond, the Unspeakable should be Tier 2, the rotation of a lot of junk made it much better, specially with Priest's new tools. Watched a lot of players at ~400 Legend playing Gala Priest.
Barista Lynchen no longer Tier 1 as no one is using her anymore. Zul'jin is not being used much either. Subject 9 is nowhere to be seen as well (talking about Standard).
Lord Godfrey is definitely not a Tier 4 card, it's a staple in Galakrond Control Warlock, which was Tier 1 last month and heavily used in tournaments as well. It's Tier 2 at least now, definitely sees much more play than some of the stuff there, like Blastmaster, Elysiana, Ysera, Kangor's and etc.
Galakrond, the Unspeakable is actually seeing play in a non-Quest Ressurrect Priest variant, which seems to be having better winrate than the Quest varian. Should be upped to Tier 3 at least.
Shu'ma is actually great in Quest Hunter, one of the few decks that currently are close to favourable against Shaman.
I agree that Murozond is actually turning better than expected. The value can be insane.
Flik is another great contender. It's the only thing that gets rid of Shaman's 4 8/8s without destroying your own board while ALSO developing, and in case the Shaman is playing Barista with Faceless Manipulator to get infinite Shudderocks, it's also the only other way to destroy them not only on board, but on hand and even deck as well. Also matches pretty accurately against Dragon's Pack, instantly killing the 5/6s and allowing you to push the damage.
Can also hilariously wreck Holy Wrath Paladin by getting the Shirvallah.
For example, Oakheart being rated higher than Hadronox. Oakheart is a neutral and potentially usable in other classes and archetypes (there's a Control Warlock version that uses him) but Hadronox is only usable in a single deck and class, which so far is Tier 2 or 3.
I agree that Sunkeeper should be Tier 1. Nerfs hitted Paladin hard, but if the class returns, whether through new builds or the next two expansions, Sunkeeper will almost certainly be in.
I agree with Al'akir being for now Tier 1. Playing Even Shaman without him to give Corpsetakers windfury is just awful, not to mention he's still very good later in the game against a lot of the field. The deck is so much worse without him.
Shudderwock should be Tier 1 as well. Defines an archetype and wins the game by himself. Card will only get better with time.
Skull of the Man'ari should definitely be Tier 1 as well. It single handedly wins games if left unchecked and caused (and will still cause) the entire meta to tech weapon destruction. Now even Control is using it.
Cairne and Greenskin should be Tier 3. Greenskin is definitely not mandatory for Odd Rogue. Like Taldaram, Umbra and other T3, definitely replaceable.
Unless you really need/want something right now I would keep it for the next expansion coming in about two months. Because you'll open more Classic packs until then and won't risk get another copy.

Meta still being solved, but if anyone wants an early reference, here it is. It's not mine, a friend of a guy I know screenshoted it:
For Tier 1:
Maiev Shadowsong is defintiely NOT tier Tier 1. Even HL Hunter most refined lists, including Grandmasters, already cut her. In the current meta she's at best Tier 3.
Teron Gorefiend should drop to Tier 2. Eggs and Teron got completely replaced with the Charge version with Kor'kron and Grom, and the high legend ones that also pack Greenskin and Deathwing for the mirrors.

Tier 3
Believe it or not, the Warlock Quest is all the rage right now in Grandmasters and high legend with a build including both Alexes and Malygos to OTK. At the very least it's a Tier 2 card now, with potential to be 1.

Unseal the Vault, Untapped Potential, King Phaoris, Shu'ma, Valdris Felgorge, Zzeraku the Warped should all drop from tier 2 to 3, as those cards really don't have homes right now.
Lady Liadrin should drop to T3 as well, as Paladin overall is weak.
Keli'dan the Breaker never saw this card played anywhere. Prob T3 or even T4 at the moment.
Galakrond, the Unbreakable definitely drops from T1, much better variations of Warrior without it.
Goru the Mightree also drops from T1 as Spell Druid does the job much better.
Reliquary of Souls never saw this card in any list, Priest doesn't have the draw to realibly get it.
Maiev Shadowsong was overhyped, even some Highlander lists are not running her.
Galakrond, the Wretched should drop to T2, Sac Pact nerf really hurt the archetype on where it was great against, didnt see one for over a week.
Barista Lynchen no longer Tier 1 as no one is using her anymore. Zul'jin is not being used much either. Subject 9 is nowhere to be seen as well (talking about Standard).
Shu'ma is not a staple of Quest Hunter (Boommaster Flark is, though the card is playable, prob should be T3. Never saw a Handlock ~2-3 months, Valdris Felgorge and Zzeraku the Warped prob should get demoted a tier.
Anka, the Buried. Armagedillo, Sir Finley of the Sands. Kangor's Endless Army, The Storm Bringer should all drop a tier, don't see these cards anywhere.
Heistbaron Togwaggle should definitely be tier 1. It's NOT replaceable.

I agree with most of the list.

Cairne and Greenskin should be Tier 3. Greenskin is definitely not mandatory for Odd Rogue. Like Taldaram, Umbra and other T3, definitely replaceable.
The rest to me seems pretty spot on.
