Priest, Hunter and Shaman quests should also fall to Tier 3, if not 4. You may still find some Ress Priests at very low levels, but Gala or Highlander Priest are the archetypes to go for the class. Shaman is dead (the same reason to also demote Vessina) and no one is also playing Quest Hunter. Amet as well should drop to 3. It's not played even in HL Priest.P
Tier 3
Believe it or not, the Warlock Quest is all the rage right now in Grandmasters and high legend with a build including both Alexes and Malygos to OTK. At the very least it's a Tier 2 card now, with potential to be 1.
These are all pretty good comments but I've seen a lot of Quest Priests on the ladder recently, I think it should stay were it is. Agree with the rest however.
Okay I was shocked by this but Liadrin is pretty great with Libram Paladin. However, that his been my limited experience as of day one.
Hmm, this should be clear soon.
The first way too early projection is that there are 3 very strong legendaries in this expansion, but the general power level is pretty low. The standouts are: Kayn Sunfury Metamorphosis Maiev Shadowsong
Many top decks from the end of last rotation did not lose any key pieces.
Maiev seems like the only safe craft right now, the DH two are not getting nerfed however other DH cards will be soon which will affect their win rates. I still think they will be viable as they are both interesting and powerful cards but would not craft them at this time.
All expected tiers in! It is a ongoing debate how quickly it is safe to put them into their permanent tiers. Feedback appreciated!
bandermosh and shuma tier 1-2 ?? is there something good about them that I don't know about ? Also why waxedred is tier 4-5 it is used in somedecks spreads like plague.
Shu’ma is being used in Quest Hunter decks which are doing well, no idea about Bandermosh though. I thought that would be one if the worst cards of the set.
Yeah I agree with all of these. Also Keeper Stallardis seems to have dropped significantly and Boommaster is sort of in between Tier 1 and Tier 2 imo as he's mainly played in Quest Hunter decks.
Right now, Wardruid Loti is almost a staple in any druid deck, from token to highlander quest. I know it is a little early to say something like this, but I think she should be moved from tier 3 to tier 2.
Agreed. A few legendaries have found new homes of late including Loti, Hex Lord Malacrass, Flobbidinous Floop, Grommash, Cenarius. Busy time for SlydE :)
Great list, you've definitely put some thought into this. Think your placements are pretty good except for a few exceptions
Reno: sorry - this is Tier 4 or 5 even imo. Dynomatic works well yes - which indicates you often only need to do 5 damage for a board clear. So 10 damage is unnecessary. Other considerations - dynomatic is a mech and has huge synergies with the Warrior decks he is used in, and has rush if you've played Dr. Boom. On top of all of that there is no deck restriction for dyno...sorry, I think Reno is complete garbage and possibly the most disappointing card in the set.
Untapped Potential: I think this is a Tier 2 / 3 card, very easy Quest to achieve and has amazing synergy with Starkeeper and Wardruid Loti. This will see lots of play imo, Fandral wasn't just viable he was used in almost every single Druid deck in standard and a clear Tier 1 legendary. I don't think Jade Druid or Nourish are that relevant to assessing this card.
Activate the Obelisk: I think this is a Tier 2 card personally but we'll see. It is way easier to heal 15 than people think and the reward if extremely good.
Apart from that think you nailed it, and will be interesting to see how it all plays out shortly!
This thread has been pretty quiet of late...SlydE what do you think of the following:
Maybe Stargazer Luna should be bumped up as she seeing a lot of play in Cyclone Mage?
Loti, Zentimo, Oblivitron, Commander Rhyssa and Houndmaster Shaw all kind of seem like they should be in Tier 3 to me, they are not core cards for the vast majority of decks they can be played in. Seem far more playable than anything else.
Akali, Jan'alai, War Master Voone, Mojomaster Zihi and The Boom Reaver are all in a weird spot, almost between 3 and 4.
Is Gral being played at all right now?
Just my two cents.

Hey SlydE
I'd like to suggest moving Grand Totem Eys'or, Lothraxion and Speaker Gidra to Tier 3 as they don't seem to be played much at the moment.
Why would it? The effect is to re-order the cards in your deck. I don't know for sure but it wouldn't make any sense to do so.

All good suggestions imo although. Some others I feel are appropriate
Bwonsamdi - Tier 2
Combo Priest is nowhere near as busted as it once was
Keeper Stallardis - Tier 3
Sees very little play at the moment
Azalina Soulthief - Tier 3
Is any deck playing this card?
Shu’ma is being used in Quest Hunter decks which are doing well, no idea about Bandermosh though. I thought that would be one if the worst cards of the set.
Thanks for your hard work SlydE, this is and always will be my favourite thread on this board.

Couple of suggestions
Archmage Arugal - saw very limited play and doesn't seem to played anymore: Tier 4
Unseal the Vault - Quest Hunter is a good deck at the moment: Tier 2
Flobidous Floop, Untapped Potential & Elise the Enlightened: Tier 2 (Quest Druid's winrate has gone up post-nerfs)
Question for you psykechan
Aggro Overload Shaman has a fairly low winrate (just barely Tier 2 according to HS) but you feel Vessina is Tier 2?
Agreed. A few legendaries have found new homes of late including Loti, Hex Lord Malacrass, Flobbidinous Floop, Grommash, Cenarius. Busy time for SlydE :)
Ha, yes I was way off base with Reno. Haven't looked at stats but nice to see that two of the Highlander decks are doing well.
King Phaoris is a big surprise, I don't think many thought that would be a good card.
