Well if your a standard player the simple answer is Hagatha the Witch. Its a more flexible card (it fits other shaman decks) and it'll be around ALOT longer in standard. In wild... I have no idea
Al'Akir the Windlord- T2 at best. He saw no play until even Shaman came in and he's a good tech/enabler... thats it.
Baron Geddon- Again T2... only sees play b/c he's in an odd deck or a tech/heal option for Mage DK. No mage Dk Barron see little/no play. Which leads me to...
Frost Lich Jaina- T1! She makes or breaks every mage match (minus tempo mage).
Prince Liam- In my opinion T4. I find him to be a liability. He wrecks deck compatibility and dead in hand until the end... at which point there might not be any 1 drops left in the deck. I have pulled him out of every Paladin deck I can.
Master Oakheart- T3. Good card (especially in arena) but I can't tell you the last time I saw this card played in any deck.
Splintergraft- T4. I have yet to even see this card played.
Thrall, Deathseer needs to be dropped to T4 or T5 for standard. It sees no play, it may be a decent card but 1) its not an even card and 2) it is totally eclipsed by Hagatha the Witch. Seeing as Hagatha is going to be around for the next 2 years and there is currently no standard evolve support, I don't see reason to maintain its T3 status. I am on the verge of dusting it... and I really like evolve Shaman.
It sounds like you should dust it. If you don't care that much for the card... its 1600 dust! If you really need another legendary to 'make' your favorite deck... get it b/c you got the dust. If you're just playing for fun and are just an average player (not a completionist or a streamer) go after the cards you want and are going to use. There is no use holding onto golden cards you don't really want. The "what if it gets good in another meta" argument is a bit moot to me when dealing with golden cards (especially golden legendaries).
I got 400 dust out of my Scourgelord Garrosh. So if you can get 1600 dust... I would. He is easily the worst DK. Bloodreaver Gul'dan is the strongest DK, is totally worth it, and is my recommendation. Druid, Priest, Mage DKs are really powerful and worth a craft. Hunter and Shaman DKs are super fun to play, though not super competitive. I would stray away from the weapons is you don't have many DKs. Weapons are really hit and miss and situational but DKs anchor good deck... they are just so powerful.

Grand Lackey Erkh should probably be tier 4. I've wanted her to work, but she is the definition of niche.
Oh and The Fist of Ra-den is so trash... I think we can say that now.

Master Oakheart T1??? Please. Taunt Druid isn't that strong of a deck and Oakheart isn't crucial in that deck. Lets try T3.
Kathrena Winterwisp needs to be T1. Recruit hunter is almost T1 and she makes the deck.
