I love Blood-Queen Lana'thel. I didn't experiment with discard mechanics until I packed both her and Clutchmother Zavas, but when I did it ended up working much better than I expected, considering you don't see discard warlock on ladder. The only thing to keep in mind is to not let bad discards tilt you; I've probably discarded her more often than I've played her. But, sometimes she comes down and swings the game around in your favor, especially in aggro matchups where you need big heals fast. I've played a couple variations, but I believe you can find one that some pro players used that has Prince Keleseth.
Also, as others have said, discard mechanics will be getting more support, so definitely don't disenchant her yet. Good luck, and if you experiment with her, have fun!
