Well, me & 2 friends set up a gathering at our office. We all joined, played duels etc. None of us unlocked the skin. None of us got the cardback.
It says in the menu that we are in a FIRESIDE GATHERING. It says on the hero skin info that to unlock it you have to participate in a Fireside Gathering. We did exactly that.
People are saying you need a 2nd one to do it etc. HOW in the actual FCK are you supposed to know that if that’s the case? The extreme majority who play this game are super casual players. If I, who’ve played this game for years and understands it can’t figure out how it works after doing exactly what is required. How are casual players who don’t even know anything really, except that it’s a card-game, supposed to understand it?
This is a horrible user experience really.
Please read the entire blog and you will find the definition of an established fireside gathering and instructions on how to unlock Nemsy
Just goes to prove my point. The only thing it says it requires is "Attend a Fireside Gathering".
Do you think ANYONE who plays this game casually can find that thread? I never even saw it.
It's a h-o-r-r-i-b-l-e--u-s-e-r--e-x-p-e-r-i-e-n-c-e. Doesn't matter how you look at it.
‘Note that it says “Necrofizzle, will be available for free at established Fireside Gathering Taverns starting on October 17*. ” YOU KUST GO TO A TAVERN, NOT JUST a gathering. I agree though, it’s terribly done.
Again, I’ve wstablished a gathering at my school, to upgrade to tavern I need 3 players. My school has 2 WiFi networks, how does it decide which network needs the 3 players on it?
So let’s say the location I’m hosting at actually has two different WiFi networks, how will it know players are on at my gathering?
