Yeah, iOS doesn't allow multiple apps to run at the same time, so iPhone and iPad users are SOL when it comes to in game deck tracking.
And yes, it's a huge disadvantage to players who don't have this available when the opponent does. Anyone who tries to claim differently is being disingeuous at best, trolling at worst. Not to mention the numpties who think using a pen and paper when you're holding a mobile phone on the train is even possible, let alone somehow comparable to the huge advantage that deck tracking gives.
